I love this ship, especially in ranked. I always take her out in ranked, and the planes are good for spotting and setting perma fires.

I very rarely play ranked battles. Normally all of the tier 9 ships shine when they play against their own tier. Maybe I will take Delaware into ranked and see how well I can do with it.
