For videos like this where you're unboxing or far from the camera I would recommend investing in a microphone you can clip to your shirt or something. The Audio will come out a lot clearer if you record it like that and then you can just delete the camera audio, overlap the audio from your mic onto the video recording and boom, you've got really clean and crisp audio on a very clean video:) just some tips to improve your video quality and grow the channel!

I will NEVER buy from this company again. We have this unit along with several others. Our reptile freaked out a little and when he hit the back glass on the left side it shattered. It is safety glass so no injuries. I reached out to Repti and let them know the back glass shattered and asked if they could send me the correct dimensions so I could go to a store and buy the correct size glass. They responded back with "we dont sell replacement glass". Not what I asked and they have ignored all follow ups. All I wanted was dimensions since the glass needs to be correct and I dont want to measure and assume in case there is flexing or gap issues. How hard is it to respond with the glass is X think, XX wide and XX tall? They came across as a company who got my money and could care less after the fact.
