Reporting Senior’s Cumulative Average (RSCA) Tutorial

The Reporting Senior’s Cumulative Average (RSCA) is important when calculating a Sailor’s Performance Mark Average (PMA) Factor towards their Final Multiple Score (FMS) on the Navy Wide Advancement Exam (NWAE). In order to calculate your RSCA PMA, you must use the Navy RSCA Calculator to determine your RSCA PMA. Once calculated, you must use the appropriate formula to determine your PMA Factor.
It is important to use your Performance Summary Report (PSR) that can be found through the BUPERS Online (BOL) Main Menu and clicking on “ODC, OSR, PSR, ESR”. Then click on PSR PART III- Evaluation Summary (1996 to Present). Click “Generate PDF”.
