I'm consistently impressed with Aljazeera. I live in New Zealand and thoroughly appreciate hearing news from them that is free of US or UK- or even sometimes Australian- influence and sway.

They are by far one of the worst to look for info that’s not influenced, maby not influenced by “west” but I assume you don’t regularly watch Al Jazeera as some of it is easily proven wrong with a few clicks, sometimes common sense. You want to watch independent journalists not terrorist funded journalists (not saying the “west” don’t do that I’m saying go watch ALL journalists not assume the one you watch is almighty)

@ 44:36 I completely agree. All should see the carnage that war brings. If people are shocked by the sight of the dead be ripped apart by animals, well maybe these people should think about what it’s like to be the animals that rip apart the alive until they are dead. What’s truly deadly is the truth, especially the truth visually. People visualizing what war really does would be a real force to recon with, especially for many people in power.

@@benjacobs61..People should remember that the majority of male soldiers were there because they were drafted. That would upset me when the anti Vietnam War talked about our soldiers. I remember being in Algebra class when someone called a girl to come to office. Her boyfriend was just 19 years old and was killed in Vietnam. That was a CIA War. I read that the wife of the leader of Ukraine spent 40 thousand dollars on clothes in Paris.

There is a kind, ethical way to teach history honestly, AND modeling empathy, how we have learned (whenever we get there) to do better, and showing children at a very early age that apologizing, taking responsibility for our actions, and our duties as the TRUE leaders (We The People) and how we make change when necessary.

Bro....your an idealist and I appreciate that but the reality of these hard issues is much more entrenched in humanity. My point to you is history is never one thing. Its many at the same time. The U.S. civil war or the war of northern aggression? History is written and has to be accepted over time. We change abd cherry pick our history today. Blm. That human condition is why history is not real and you cant apologize through time for things that happened differently than currently accepted . .just saying. Lol

Who does Charlton Heston think he is? A war hero? A chariot driver? If he thought it was brave to stand up in front of a tv camera and say the only way they would get his gun it would be out of “his cold, dead hands” it wasn’t, it was acting, I don’t know who wrote those lines for him but they weren’t original. Sad when actors take themselves too seriously.

@Dr. Neel Kulkarni, In all quite honesty, I'm almost always genuinely surprised &/or shocked that whenever each & everyone of us (as we the people) upon discovery of the 'endless lies, cover-up's & editing all aimed at suiting certain agendas - political or otherwise' that the media spins & spews out what was once daily, now on a 24hr basis. Since the dawning of news outlets like CNN, Fox News etc. The narrative of censorship & the power it now contributes & assists toward the countless important topics that's worldwide is purposefully driven to conveniently keep the 'globalization' of people under a certain type of control in their mindsets, beliefs, etc. By governments controlling what we can know & what we cannot, it's guidelined to give guarantee that as each generation passes a new & more direct thought process will be 'educated & taught' into whatever the governments want to direct us toward. Take for example war, racism & those things alike, without the existence of such awful thing's to exist & to be made to continue to exist the $$$$$ signs would drop significantly & the government wouldn't 'hold' a type of control that is already beginning to become more apparent the more you open your mind & do your own research into the world's state of affairs especially since WW2, look closely at the timeliness between the then & now & just how much has actually gotten worse behind a facade that's designed to make it look & seem as though as life has never been better before & easier living, which along with technology & in all its advancements, gives that interpretation that each & everyone of us is benefiting - which is all bullshit. But hey don't take my word for it.

War reporters, I have a question, why are you there? Your work in the field of warfare no longer makes sense, it is too dangerous, and the same can be done at home or in the office of your work. Why stay in a place with a high risk of death, if you can buy it from an event participant who is there at the scene of the war. Buy a film recording of the war event online, transfer it to your account. If you assume that "ALMOST EVERYONE" has a phone with a camera, so you can even choose between film offers, what a war reporter can do is develop this film on computer software, add your own comments, description of the event, safe and no less effective work. Considering that in the war zone, at least two people are selected, a war reporter and a cameraman, plus financial costs, loss of a car from various circumstances, of course, bodily injury or death, a trip to the war zone is completely different from rational behavior. All you have to do is place an advertisement, buy a movie of the scene, country, city, street, date and time. You can not get killed and do your job. (A052)

The Republic was stolen from the American people when politicians discovered that they could loot the public treasury to pay for their taxpayer funded "free" stuff people's vote, and the taxpayers were powerless to stop them, until President Trump upset the apple cart.
