How to replace auger and gasket screws then motor

So kind of like Michael said if your auger motor doesn't work you better hope it stopped working with the screw facing upward. My motor stopped working after a year, I replaced a 20-year stove with this pelpro stove and I got one year out of this motor

I'm in the same boat as you guys I've gone through 2 in 2 years. Went to fire it up today and it shit the bed again, for the third time , it seems like a yearly replacement of our auger motor is what we can expect out of this pile !!

Why are you replacing a auger motor that turns when plugged in? Sounds like your problem is not the auger motor.
