I'm excited about this! What is not impressive is the people who built these not thinking about replacement parts being easy to change out! Rivets? :(

The old sprockets that are made of hard rubber get squashed with time and don't mesh properly with the track. They still look as if they are not damaged but the track is harder to spin.

Here's a video from another channel doing a teardown, around 11-12 minutes in there's a pretty good description. kzread.info/dash/bejne/dKuWycOxl6XUmZc.html

Where did you buy the sprockets?

I got mine from www.reproductionvintageparts.com, get the phone number off the web site, it's best to call. The 6205 bearings I got off Amazon. There are other suppliers in Canada as well. The bolts and nuts that replaced the drilled out rivets came from the hardware store locally, they are just 1/4x20 with nyloc nuts.
