Or spend the extra minute and a half removing the door panel and see everything a lot easier. You remove the clips and lift the panel up DONE

Wouldn't it have been easier to tie a piece of string to the wire before pulling it out then switching the wire to the new cable and using it to pull it back through? Or has anyone tried that way?

What about the test? Did it work?
