Hello, enjoyed the video. Is it possible to develop intrinsic wasting of the ulnar innervated muscles if there is mild slowing of motor fibres for an extended period of time (2 year+), despite EMG revealing no signs of denervation like positive sharp waves, fibrillations etc. If a muscle has undergone denervation and neurogenic atrophy, would there always be electrical activity and signs of denervation at rest? Thank you.

Would RNS be of any benefit in the diagnosis of MND? Once again, a very informative video! Thankyou.
