Here I fix and refurbish a filthy Nintendo 64 Controller, with a joystick that's floppy and doesn't stay centered.

Nice video! A tip; you'll want to add a small amount of plastic-friendly grease to every contact-point in the joystick-assembly. There are great information out there including an almost unnecessarily thorough video here on youtube showing the crucial points! Should get rid of that squeak and make it last many, many times longer compared to a dry assembly.

Thanks for the tip! Will definitely go back and do this. I believe the actual squeaking was IPA residue, as it disappeared the next day when I checked, but adding grease is a good call.
