How about if I'm renting a car from Athena Greece driving it through Europe and return it to Athena . My question is Crossing border is it a problem I'm trying to book through booking an Expedia and other websites there is no information about this do you know anything about it. Do you know a European website so I can rent from them trustable .

I've only done a border crossing by rental car three times. Generally speaking, each rental car company may have a different policy on this, where some countries may be included, or they may have a fee for this, or they may not allow it. If you are booking through a third party site, you should first go to the site of the rental company they are pairing you with and contact them for details about their policy and where you are wanting to travel. The times I've used this option are between Spain and Portugal, Spain to France and Andorra, and Montenegro into Albania.
If i buy a car in spain then will i be able to travel with the car within Schengen Area during my 90 days time period Note i am a tourist in spain and i am not from Europe

You can only buy a car in Spain if you have a 1 year rental contract on a house or place to stay, or if you own a property. If you do buy a car, then yes, you can use it to drive to other Schengen countries during your 90-day visits. I've used mine several times between Spain and Portugal, plus Andorra and France. 🙂
