Today I am going to share my experience of renewing the vehicle registration online with DMV in California.
The process is pretty simple. You will need 2 documents the
1. Information that is on the previous registration card
2. Smog certificate
Normally smog certificate is valid for 2 years. If the vehicle owner changes then you have to do it again if is it older than 90 days. so I had to do it in my case.
For me, it took 7 business days days to get the new registration card.
