Fr one of the best interviews Ariel has done , Ariel really does care about the no names in mma and gives them a big platform to speak Ariel might be a bit much sometimes but he truly cares about the fighters

I have so much respect for people who not only learn a second language, but then get on a mic and speak that language in front of the world. Although I guess if you fight in a cage for a living, maybe talking doesn't seem so scary.
What a character, what a dude. Crazy personality and charisma. Had no Idea this dude was like this when he fought RDA. Superstar incoming.

Renato is hilarious. This interview is gold!
Greatest post fight interview I've ever heard. By far. Not even close. I got to hear it uncensored live and it was just so amazing

I agree, i teach English here in Brazil and it's very hard for a brazilian to learn English, i know very intelligent people who are marvels on their areas and they can't say a word in English. Props to Renato.
Renato Moicano has been a hardcore fans delight and sleeper to casuals for too long. He’s always has good fights and as of late he’s really turned another corner and leveled up. Glad he’s finally getting some shine definitely earned and well deserved.

Considering how he learned English his post fight interview was heavily self censored. Amazing
It really makes you appreciate how hard it must be for UFC fighters who speak English as their second language.
He's a cool dude . Top post fight interview of 2022
This is a man who does not fear being ridiculed and understands how finite his career is! Can’t wait to see moicano next fight

This dude became one of my favorites. He's a true bad ass stepping in on short notice and going to war with RDA for 5 rounds I hope he gets the big fights he wants and deserves he's a fun personality and never in boring fights , this is another reason why the rankings are meaningless
Dude. Renato's English has gotten far better than even when I last heard him speak. His inflections throughout his post fight speech, this interview are far more natural. War Moicana is coming.

Moicano 😊, my favorite fighter after the RDA fight but even more now after this interview
Love this guy. Amazing interview and charisma!
His english is really good for a person who learned in the gym and online 👏
This guy is great on the mic. One of the best
Dude is legit funny and smart, can't wait for his next fight.
Really loving all these dudes having way more personality its amazing!
Lmao Ariel asking him to keep up the 3rd person is gold 🤣
His distance management got so good, very impressive to put that w his striking skills
thats funny af you can tell he learned his english on cod😂😂
that post fight interview was legendary, the dude definitely earned alot of fans that night
I absolutely love this guys character, he is so likeable and honest. I am a fan of very few fighters characters, but this guy is is an exception. I will cheer this guy from now on!
I was salty because I really like Brad Riddell but this interview really made me like Moicano lol
these brazillians with their clapped english are the best, on god!!!

It's because you create an environment and force yourself to understand it, specially when the game is in English, for example. How are you going to make the quests if you can't understand the dialogues? But the technical term is "comprehensible input".
Endless props to these guys who get it and actually go as far as to learn another language.
Love dudes energy
Learning english from COD would explain the f bomb every other word. But in all seriousness its honestly so cool seeing people learn English and see their personalities come to life
This man is so intelligent and very entertaining. Glad he came out of his shell with that post fight interview!
Monica is the man 👏🏻 I need this guy on another ppv … big money 💰… love this guy
His laugh is tremendous.
13:40 "CLAPPED, COME ON, ON GOD" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Moicano is on his way! Superstar coming!
Wish you'd spoken about the actual FIGHT more, as well! He looked fantastic.
It's always amazing to see a person "emerge" as they learn a new language. It's almost impossible to avoid seeing a person as somewhat simple or clumsy as they initially struggle with the simplest phrases. I'm guilty of that even though I know what it's like to go through the process (I learned German many years ago but have forgotten much of it, unfortunately). The inability to be expressive or communicate with any subtlety is quite frustrating, and becoming proficient is difficult and time consuming. Doing interviews requires a lot of confidence, but at the same time, Renato will have a well documented video history of his progress. I think that would be pretty cool.

Your first sentence captures the sentiment perfectly. It's no coincidence that Renato moicano and paulo costa are more fresh in the minds of mma fans than charles oliveira or figureido, despite the accomplishment differences between the two pairs.
Moicano & Costa's "Broken English Podast"; set it up, please god.
I've been watching moicano fight for years but I just now in this very moment became a fan!!
Loved watching this guy for quite a while, I'm glad he's growing comfortable in his skin and language skills. Let's go Moicano!
What a great personality. Epic speech. Stole the show. Looking forward to more from Moicano.
Renato ´´f-bomb´´ Moicano, what a personality, super shiny and fun to hear. I loved the story behind his nickname and the bet with his dad at 10. Give him the money Dana, and a big fight in Brazil.

Moicano is a legend, one of my really good friends from MMA when I lived in Boca Raton. He's just like this in portuguese too, hilarious and really entertaining. I've had him twice on my podcast last year and we had a blast (in portuguese). It's also really good to see such a humble guy get some love. I've been to his house, he loves and plays non stop with his kid, his wife is a really great person..dude deserve's to achieve the highest in the UFC! I just showed him all the comments from you guys and he loved it! Cheers!

Good on Moicano for opening up and doing the work to learn English pretty damn good too. Also great advice from Ariel to insist he continues the 3rd person thing I think it would be a huge for him if the audience were to latch on to that shtick.
Such an awesome interview 🙏🙏
