    Excellent video where we can see what it takes to run fast and with endurance on the track, something that requires mental strength, a very keen knowledge of your pace, how to adapt to your teammates in the run and not to want to go too fast on one single training. Thank you Sweat Elite, with Canova's comments it adds of course the very content to this video that is needeed to understand what it's all about !

    When coach was talking about the stress fractures due to the stress of spikes... straight facts! That happened to me my senior year of high school. Fibula bone shattered at the end of an 800 during a distance medley. I heard the bone pop twice and I thought somebody tossed their baton and I hit my leg.

    Another great video thanks so much. Just have to say what a terrible shame the Kenyan and local government cannot find it within themselves to build a proper stadium and track to show respect for who it is named after and the great athletes it churns out year after year.

    Yes Andy, Angus would often go and show the athletes the videos as a group... said it was always a cool experience to see their reactions to watching themselves running

    Yeah I thought it sounded hard but, then again, hillary was absolutely pounding the track at a cracking pace. Even compared to the other runners he sounded like a giant lol

    It's crazy but for these guys 5:20/mi pace isn't even close to their marathon pace, fitness is unbelievable.
