Great reaction! Just some feedback on the sound (no hate, just tryin to help)… I personally thought the music was a little loud in this one compared to you. Would be nice if you were a little louder than the music or even the same volume. Also a tip… if ya create a public Amazon wishlist and put it in the description of each video, I’m sure some people would love to support your channel and get you the headphones or equipment you’re looking for! At the end he admits he too is guilty of what he’s saying they are, we all are. He’s right. That’s most profound part of this song for me. We’re all guilty of the same.

Ren was bitten by a tick which gave him Lyme disease but was misdiagnosed with all kinds of stuff including psychosis and his mind making him sick for years. He recently went to Canada for treatment but having been misdiagnosed so long he has complications. He said in one of his interviews I believe that some of the drugs they put him on made him hallucinate that they were pig heads.

Yep. So when he talks about stem cell therapy or long term damage from the drugs and misdiagnosis he’s speaking his truth. Poor baby was even signed to Sony for awhile but they had to end his contract because he was too sick to get out of bed. As with most things, it seems to have worked out for the best for him but damn. The child has been through some stuff.

Hey, great reaction again!! At the start, she said "your mind is making you sick" and it relates to his health journey, he had Lyme disease but was misdiagnosed for years and told he had Chronic fatigue syndrome or M.E. He wasn't getting better as they were prescribing incorrect medicine due to the misdiagnosis, and when he would tell them it wasn't working they told him that he was imagining it and that it was all in his head. Looking forward to more of your reactions, he has a song with Chinchilla called Chalk Outlines which is a different vibe but has similar topics, that would be a good one to check out. ***I just noticed you have just dropped a reaction to this Keep up the good work!!

Most folks starting out in reacting always get to the point of more/better equipment. You are doing just fine! Keep it up. Ren provides lyrics to each song. Some reacters have those ready on the side like on the phone or pad to read as you go along. But you do you.

Great reaction. Ren's release, "Sick Boi," is almost another chapter to "Hi Ren." Ren is very critical of the medical establishment, and understandably so, given that his symptoms were initially wrongly chalked up as depression, bipolar disorder, and chronic fatigue syndrome, which led him to experience psychosis and develop PTSD. It would take seven years before a doctor in Belgium finally correctly diagnosed Ren with autoimmunity, Lyme disease, and resulting damage to the brain, organs, joints, and PTSD. This is just my opinion. But I think that the Pig Butcher character is his dark side's interpretation of his medical caregivers. In "Hi Ren" we saw this dark side talk cynically about the medical process. I think this video is showing a manic episode where that dark side is confusing and clouding his mind, as depicted by the Pig Butcher flashing in and replacing his therapist. The cruel irony is that this dark side was right. In Ren's real life story he spent many years being misdiagnosed exactly as this therapist so carelessly diagnosed him in this dramatization. "Your mind is making you sick" she said to him. Suggesting that his actual physical ailments were all in his head, and prescribing him psychotropics rather than treating the source. As it turns out, Ren had Lyme disease, and it was missed by his doctors and he spent years being treated for psychosis, bipolar disorder, and other mental illnesses. This validated the dark side's voice to him. If his dark side was right about this, what else is he right about? By the way. Also just trying to help, as another commenter was. I suggest getting a headset. rather than the camera picking up the audio from your speakers. The way you are doing it will never sound good. It's fine. Your commentary and reaction is the star of the show, not the video. But you inquired so I'll give my opinion. Love the channel...new follower. Keep it up.

Love your reactions, but sound is very echoey? I’m no tech head - but you’ll get more followers with better sound. So right about the meds - person is care about most n the world been on meds three years - started 2 weeks before her 16th birthday. The other significant ( get me? ) took her ti the Doc. I rang the doc to say she was too young - was told a 15 year old is old enough to decide to go on antidepressants, BS IMRHO. Dropped out of scoool, nearly 4 years later and she’s barely left her room. Me and the other no longer together - had to leave. Fel like a helpless enabler.

What you have at this point is fine. We all have to start somewhere. Too much criticism in our world today and with Ren's help hopefully there's a little more love and understanding. 🫶
