Zero. That's a Los Angeles County Fire Dept. Lifeguard Division rescue boat ("BayWatch Malibu") with a rescue boat captain and a deckhand (2 ocean lifeguards on board total). If you watch the full video, a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept. from Marina del Rey arrives as back up and the SUPer ends up being detained by sheriff deputies on shore. (No US Coat Guard involvement in this particular case.)

I was supposed to go to the doctor to be evaluated for a pre-cancerous condition. My appointment was cancelled. If I die of cancer, will I be classed as a Corona death?

Unconstitutional? Where in the constitution does it say you have the right to surf? Fire fighters have nothing to do with that incident either, and the police don’t get to decide what laws they enforce. That doesn’t make police bad, it’s the people who make the laws who are at fault. Police lay down their lives to protect their communities. Second, I assume your talking about the interpretation of ‘liberty’ in the line “[no person shall] be deprived of life, liberty, or property” being that travel is apart of liberty. Liberty, as interpreted by US law, is basically the right to do anything not prohibitive by law. Also do not ignore the tad at the end where it says “without due process of law”, which allows these rights to be removed from those who violate the law. This kinda shit is used by retarded sovereign citizens all the time to try and slither their way out of following the law. I’m not saying I support the damn law that arrested the surfer guy, but remember that the *law* arrests people, not police officers. Police are the enforcers of the law, not the makers. But I can see how a child like you who never got their ass whooped would throw a temper tantrum and try to do dumb shit without thinking about who it affects. Your probably the kind of person who would trash a Walmart thinking it affects anyone but the minimum wage workers who have their paychecks cut and a hell of a mess to clean. A walmart has a very large space where 200 people can easily remain dispersed and distant. Churches are usually much smaller spaces where 200 people congragate in very close proximity. See the difference?

In church you also are sitting in the same spot for long periods of time while at the shops you don't tend to be in contact with the same people for a long time as you're moving around the shop.

Who knows how many people picked up the same item as you or sneezed on that item. In church you at least can see and hear what's happening and stay away from where other's have been if you wish. In Wal-Mart that sneeze could go unnoticed by anyone. There is no defense for keeping Wal-Mart open while screwing over tons of other businesses
