Disclaimer: I am not a professional hairstylist. I was just following a tutorial for the first time and it worked for me. As I mentioned in the video, I did feel like it damaged my hair a bit but I didn't have any breakage. However, everyone's hair is different and some people did experience breakage so, if you have hair that's already damaged, you should probably avoid this method. Also, keep in mind that this is for demi-permanent hair dye (specifically pink, in this video).

I said in the video that I was following someone else's tutorial and I even linked that video in the description. I also wrote in the description what kind of hair dye I had and I talked about how my hair felt at the end of the video. Everything that had to do with MY experience, I shared. It was only 3 days ago that someone said they experienced breakage, so how was I supposed to post that at the time of the video? This was uploaded 5 months ago and since then many people have done it with absolutely no problems.

@@kuroneko3580 So it didn't work for me due to the fact that I did not have the proper vitamin C tablets. Mine were probiotics and not the normal crushable tablets :/ it also really dried out my hair, but that could be because I substituted for other products too. I'd say that if you really want to remove hair color, just go to a hair salon. Even though they'll most likely use bleach, they can moderate your hair and choose to stop bleaching if they fear any further damage. Sorry that it's not a complete answer though!

My daughter originally had VERY Dark healthy hair. Just before summer I took her to have her hair bleached and colored a pinky/peach color. I regret letting her do this because the bleach killed her beautiful hair. The pink is now fading, her hair is dead and mats up. She uses oil treatments but they aren't helping. I thought about trying this until I read a comment about someone saying do not try this if your hair is already fried. Any suggestions???
