SUMMARY:
- After consuming junk food on a daily basis, you’re at higher risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease. Not to mention the fact that it can lead to an array of digestive problems causing fatigue, weakness, and even depression.
- Many teas offer your body incredible benefits, especially when it comes to flushing out harmful toxins from your kidneys and liver.
- Vitamins like B-6, omega-3s, and potassium citrate are all great at preventing kidney stones.
- Things like anxiety and stress are in your mind, but that doesn’t mean they don’t affect the rest of your body. Stress can take a major toll on your body, and it often targets various internal organs - your bladder, for example.
- After months and even years of eating processed foods, your kidneys start to hold on to harmful toxins, which can prohibit them from working properly.
- Start with a nutritious breakfast of a clean juice like beet or celery juice along with dried cranberries. You can also have a smoothie with the same ingredients.
- For your final meal of the day, you can enjoy a delicious salad. On top of fresh mixed greens, add your protein of choice, whether it be a chicken breast, hardboiled egg, or tofu.
- Dr. Arnold Kegel himself introduced the world to the Kegel exercise back in 1948. It was intended to help women who were suffering from urinary incontinence due to childbirth or menopause.
- Press your liver gently 100 times a day to keep it healthy and working well. You can find your liver by pressing up and under your ribs on the right side of your torso.

BRIGHT SIDE. You want to consider passing this on; (let me know what you think? 21 day + Water Fasting. The low down. Top on your Electrolytes in advance then use Magnesium Oxide based laxative (but check out glycinate and citrate as well) to clean you out from top to bottom (2 days) then after about 5 days - when hunger pangs disappear - have Colonic Irrigation done (it's better than ending up wearing a Stoma bag in later years). Drink purified water and chew sugar free gum last thing at night for few minutes to get over the bad breath so you can get to sleep. Then take it one day at a time and have plenty to do to keep boredom at bay. Each day you will lose about 2 lb and each day you will feel worse until your body turns the corner on detox after about eleven days, then each day you feel better as your body starts Autophagy (look it up; its good), DNA Repair and generates stem cells and lose about 1 lb/day. When stopping use thin chicken soup to get started and work up to food over three days. John. P.S. I have done 22 days (and regret no going further) and after 20 days your brain starts to unblock. Eerie, uncanny but quite pleasant. Good way to prevent, eliminate Alzheimers / Dementia. P.S. PASS THIS ON!

The problem we are facing is doctors who are obsessed with medications and do not understand diet and nutrician. It is thanks to doctors that my kidneys are damaged and now trying to heal my body as best as possible is difficult because my doctors are causing my family to feel fear that I am committing suicide. Videos like this are very important to saving lives!

The same happened to me... Go in for one thing... They say it's another and had me on meds that caused more damage... Had me sick for 6 months... I had to find another doctor that would listen... Begin looking at these videos to help me... I know it will be a while before I'm completely back to normal... But I'm glad there are better ways then taking the meds offered... Take care... • @daisygirl1217

@@corazonyee7717 I take high doses of potassium due to chronic kidney stones. Potassium levels for most people is relatively low. Potassium is needed to keep everything in check, mine is to stable out the high amounts of calcium in my body to prevent calcium build up on my bones (which I have everywhere) and kidney stone formation. Having way high amounts of potassium can be a bad though. As consumers it's up to us to research this information before we start taking any supplements. Such as what I just learned recently, the body can only intake 500 mg of calcium at a time, so anyone taking a higher mg than that is only causing the kidneys to have work to flush that extra amount out of your body. It's best to take a dose in the morning and dose in the evening. Crazy how no one really knows about this and that manufacturers make high dosages just to make it more appealing to consumers and we do buy into it.

don't wait till you're thirsty, (b/c thirst is one of the first signs of dehydration), to drink NON-FLUORINATED water - shoot for 2 - 3 litres a day 1 cup (250 ml) before and after each meal (= 6cups), then 1 - 2 cups between each meal (+ 2 - 4 cups). with your 1 cup in the morning with lemon juice added, before you start the day, that's up to 11 cups/day. (you can drink herbal teas instead for some of this intake). Eat plenty of fresh Fruit and Vegetables, the raw-er the better. But don't stress over this, remembering that that it's your liver and kidneys' job to detoxify you.

Coffee enemas are amazing but you should be cleansing in advance of one for a least 1 month with regular enemas, be prepared for the coffee enema as there can be a long period of uncomfortable moments after the enema; head to the toilet. Here's what happened to me after 2 hours of the coffee enema, and successive coffee enemas my brain fog left the country, my ears popped and hear everything more clearly, my skin was a clear as a young child's skin, flawless. I looked much much younger. My eyes looked clear and vain-less. Energy, wow. I went to Daryl Wolf's Clinic in Torono, that was quite some time ago. He had me drink this apple juice from and juicer with sprouts blended together in a blender which further scoured my colon. An overall feeling of clean.
