I'm borrowing this Huskee tiller (model 21A-332C731) from my neighbor and she said it hasn't been used in forever and doesn't start. The gas cap is melted and it was sitting outside so I suspected at a minimum there was water in the fuel. I checked and there is spark so I figured it wouldn't hurt to clean the carburetor.
