In Oregon on deployment. Got bit by a pit-bull that escaped by opening the back sliding door with his giant head while I was walking around to rear elevation with PH.

Hey Matt thanks so much for your amazing videos...I have often wondered about the rivalry between IA vs staff adjusters. I have been both never had an issue with anyone but the moment I went Independent staff adjusters were so nasty and rude saying things to me that were extremely unprofessional on recorded lines. Why is this going on in our shared industry? And most importantly how can this be stopped when carriers and IA firms continue to ignore this issue?

Would you say that I'd be ready for Xactimate certification after viewing your free videos or do you recommend a specific paid training for Xactimate?

My house was in a tornado a month ago. I’m waiting for the engineers report bc I have a lot of hail damage to my brick house and a tree landed on it. I can’t even get the adjuster to reply to my messages. It’s pretty annoying and frustrating. Lol

What we need are more free videos for training for CCC One, X1, and other tools we can use. We need this, and hope you'll understand that even $36 a month can be daunting when you're raising kids, paying bills, trying to make changes. I absolutely respect your paid videos and training, but maybe scholarship could help. Companies could pay for others to be trained.

36 a month but you probably buy liquor and excessive amounts of food and stream subscriptions.

when talking about taking pics that can be labeled instantly, your guest says "I'm not gonna name , names". Hello? We come here to get tips and help to be efficient. If wanted to stay ignorant, then we wouldn't spend hours scouring and watching interviews. Another person that enjoys keeping his tidbits and success to himself and believes it's his job security. Sorry, I didn't learn anything from your guest. Matt your awesome to not have a conflict of interest in sharing your successes. Thank you
