Feastmaster’s signet seems like a good choice if you like drinking/managing concoctions as it can offer 25hp instead of the 15 from Dead king’s memento when using mudtooth’s tonic. Also if you want a medium dodge when paired with strongback, strong drink twisted idol amulet and Fae Protector signet too top off your weight to 50 and also giving 10 hp and Stamina too boot. Currently using a similar build that’s a mod power hybrid with the aphelion’s supernova and archer’s crest to increase the mod projectile out of selfknockback range when using maxed aoe size and walking back a very small amount while aiming before detonating the mod with primary fire.

Just an FYI you can ditch strongback trait and stay @ same encumbrance/dodge roll and reallocate the trait points to something like siphoner. Great video

Anyone know where “twisted idol” amulet is?

Decayed heart doesn't work for teammates on my playthrough at least. Had to switch to Crystal Heart to give them heals with relic as well plus bonus DR for myself, more medic reclaim.

I did a build like this. Easily crushed apocalypse, only 1 boss gave me a problem.. until i reached root earth. Somehow every single thing as killing me with 1 to 2 hits. Driving me insane.

you can't tank effectively with just maxing out your armor, you need to increase your max health and add in shields to be able to tank root earth. i used generating band, rerouting cable, ring of the robust(you can use seal of the empress for more max health in exchange for less armor and less stamina or the black cat band for emergency) and the bright steel ring for fast rolling.

Armor has diminishing returns. isn't 481 armor well past the point where it stops being effective to build more? Maxes out at 80% DR no?

@@PatrickWolfChannel Uhh stacking sources of DR most definitely has diminishing returns. 481 armor is too much bro. The difference between 481 and 300 is negligible and not worth the investment. 200 to 300 is, however. diminishing returns.

@@Jaysunn absolutely not but opinions shall always exist. I won’t fully explain here but if I spec to get 100 armor and that’s what I get that is not diminished returns at all. If I spec for 100 armor and get 25 because of a cap or something along those lines then yes.

@@PatrickWolfChannel I will put this as simple as possible, because it's bothering me how you keep defending your position lol. Wearing 22 armor gives 10% DR. here, each 1 armor = .45% DR Wearing 325 armor = 62% DR. here, each 1 armor = .19% DR On top of this fact, additional reductions (from bulwark, specific jewelry, skills etc.) apply to the FINAL reduction value, not BASE value. It's multiplicative. Hence, the more DR you stack, the less value you're getting from it. If you still believe stacking DR effects doesn't have diminishing returns, then at this point that's 100% on you lol. The latest PC patch has fixed DR display issues in menus, so that excuse is out.

Dr is not being shown correctly the stats page is not great to go off of. I explain all of that in the video watch all of it.

Why do you only have 32 trait points allocated?

How is your defense so high? Even with the same exact setup + defense drink, i only get 286.1.... something is off

Lookimg morw at ypur video to see whats different about my game, the flat armor values in the Leto Mark II are lower in my game (XBox). Those values mustve gotten buffed in the patches.

@@Yellow_Rebel Yes, ultra heavy armor buffed in the latest (8/11) patch. Though I believe in XBox version you can just create 100% DR tank.

Where did you get those plates that you put in the heart I can't find them ..These advantages of yours that fit in the heart are very thin I can't find them on the map

@@PatrickWolfChannel so the devs have said the cap is 80%, though some things may be unintentionally getting lower than that. If it hasn’t been patched, I’m assuming things like bulwark or damage reduction after hitting “x%” health can surpass it? I dunno. I’ll do some science on it tomorrow. Got nothing else to do until the patch hits Xbox and I can get archon.

@@nicholassorensen9035 I base things off testing and the cap is a bit more complex than that as there are multiplicative elements but as I said I have over done this to show how to go all out but balancing with some more damage makes sense. The stats sheet is not correct and to be frank it’s to early to fully understand everything but we can test for now and see especially since the last patch. Previously there was no cap it was bugged but dr didn’t even work correctly it seems to be fixed now.

How do you have 481 armor ? I don’t see anything In your build that gives you more armor other than the Leto set wnd that amulet your wearing which gives me 304 armor. How is it 481?

Agree with the posts that state this will not hold up in Root Earth. Try it. You will get one shot.

this build would not survive max level root earth, i've tried a build like this and it got slaughtered. max armor isn't powerful, you don't get much dr after a certain armor value, you need max health and good health regen to be able to actually tank apocalypse.

I love seeing all these new God Mode builds after patches but I'm still running a true God mode build that does insane damage and no one knows about it yet so I just keeps slipping by all these patches

Everyone has the right to play however they want to long as they ain't cheating or using glitch exploits! I'm a heavy support role meaning I'm on the front lines taking the hits but also dealing out the damage. Yes I use dodge mechanics if I absolutely have to but being able to walk into the battlefield like a walking war machine is just satisfying!

As for the damage reduction stats is a bit absurd there's no justification to cap it at 80 considering we have how many shit that goes towards boosting damage reduction like armor and elemental resistance which is also damage reduction! Sure the best ones though require a key part for them to activate your boost but others don't. Clearly the community and the conpany don't know what the fuck they are doing.
