First time I have ever eaten hot cross buns and they were really good. I didn't have the dried fruit from the recipe so I went with dried cranberries and raspberries.

Nice. Hot Cross buns are very popular in Australia, also a nice lamb roast

hello John thank you for the recipes (made the fish and chips one again and expanded it to Potato Cakes (Vic or Scallops NSW) which came out amazing) by any chance do you a have a Lardy Bread recipe ? can't find a decent one and they have never heard of it over here in Australian thanks for any help mate all the best

A few weeks ago you said you were going to post a recipe for chilli oil, do you still intend to do this as I was just in the supermarket this morning and a small bottle of Filipio Berrio chilli olive oil was a whacking seven quid.
