We had so many Ron Popeil products in my house growing up and we used them very often. They were always high quality. We didn't have many channels on TV and I would watch his informercials for enjoyment. May he rest in peace. He was truly a man ahead of his time.
Twist no arms; The demonstration does the selling. Thank you. Rest In Paradise Mr. Popeil.
You were the best. R.I.P. Ron...Chicago loves you and the world, and thanks for the gadgets and the memories...
What a salesman he was! His were “commercials” (infomercials) that would always catch my attention. I had a chop-o-matic, veg-o-matic, the hand grater but wait, there’s more! RIP Ron.
He was a most amazing person i ever know! Millionaire but treat everyone with respect! I am proud for have chance for for him in his house Beverly Hills! May god bless his soul and his family!
loved all his commercals he did , it wont be the same without him
My sisters and I loved watching his infomercials
I'm sure many have had a least one of his products in your home. He seemed like a nice guy and is one of the few you don't hear what a jerk he was. Condolences to his family

Ron was the best... RIP
RIP Ron Popeil
a true legend. i hope they do a movie about him. i remember as a kid seeing some of those commercials on the air. may Ron RIP.
His memory will live on through his informercials.
I had a pocket fisherman when I was a young teen back in the 70's. Just bought a Showtime Rotisserie yesterday. Also, didn't know that Ron invented the original "Slap Chop".
He was great at making his products look like something the average person could use, not annoying like commercials are now. That Pocket Fisherman looked like it would be fun to have and play with whether or not you ever went fishing.
What..no "hair in a can"? I could sure use it now. 🤣
A great salesman.
What a legend. Didn't know the name behind Ronco before watching a Showtime Rotisserie infomercial a week ago but I'm glad I do now.
I love the guy.. I would literally watch one of his shows when all I had was network TV in the 80s. 6 channels... To fall asleep I would watch his infomercials.
Wow. Did not know he passed. RIP Ron
Always wondered what became of him
I used to stay up till 3am over summer break watching infomercials. Ron was a legend.
❤️❤️❤️
I bought a Veg-O-Matic in the box with the directions at a thrift store. I use it all the time to make french fries and it works like a champ!
Truly an American Icon,Rest in 🕊️ Peace!
Ron's Chop-O-Matic was the Daddy of the Slap-Chop. 🤣 RIP Ron!!
O man rest in peace the Ron Popeil I remember seeing his kitchen knives when I was little.
I had no idea he passed... may he rest in eternal peace
The Showtime Rotisserie is better than the air fryer
Attention Hollywood- Here's a great biopic! I'm thinking Tom Hanks.

I doubt anyone can do a better job than Tom Hanks.
6:09 He's in for some loving!
The simpler times. I kinda miss them. Probably because I was young with no responsibilities but taking out the trash and cutting the grass. 🙄
My friend had some shit like this. It was like dark Christmas tree flocking and it looked od that no scalp could be seen anywhere. Just mat black...stuff. sometimes he would have a chunk of the "Black suff" stuck to his ear.
set it and forget it! But wait...theres more!
My mother bought me the smokeless asstray as I smoked many cheap cigars in our home. I used it only once because it removed the aroma I was accustomed to. She was a shellfish woman whom I resent to this day. I can't recall if it were made bt Ronco, Popiel or K-Tel.

Your mother, the shellfish, bought you an asstray? I guess I might carry some resentment too...
Truly a legend. He taught me to set it and forget it with investments. Became rich.
But wait, there's more...

You're not going to pay $10million or $5million ... not even $500k like you might all be thinking ... not $250k or $100k or even $1000 ... not $500 or $100 but only 49 easy payments of just $1.99 ... and if you promise to tell a friend ...
It's a shame ronco never got into sex toys imagine all the xxx o matic names there could have been 😄
