As we move toward a World with increased automation and artificial intelligence, should we be focusing on specialisation or generalisation to remain relevant in the work place? Jared Molko is an ex-Googler who has worked across Africa, Europe and the Middle East, where he had a variety of roles. During his seven-year tenure, he completed a Masters Degree in Analytical Psychology. He's now back in South Africa and focusing his attention on the intersection between psychology and technology, with the aim of improving mass job placement and skill development for entry-level workers. Two sides of a coin good and bad first good:Universal income will become a thing...new fields of jobs will open, just like the way computers did..life will become more easy..lots of new discoveries and solution for curing diseases..bad side effect: people will become more sedantry..less hard work...automation everywhere no drivers no cooks no farmers ... gap between rich and poor will increase..probably lot of discontent among general population
