Released Hostage Amit Soussana Speaks Publicly for the First Time

Музыка

Freed hostages and massacre survivors returned to the ruins of Kfar Aza and shared their many ordeals since October 7th. During the visit, Amit Soussana, released after 55 days in Hamas captivity, spoke for the first time since her release.
Survivors of Hamas captivity, October 7th survivors, and families of those still held hostage returned to the ruins of the devastated young adults' neighborhood in Kibbutz Kfar Aza on Monday. Out of 37 residents living in the "young generation" area of the kibbutz, 12 were murdered and 7 more were abducted to Gaza during the horrific attack.
Amit Soussana, released after 55 days in Hamas captivity, spoke for the first time since her release: “Each time I visit here and realize that I'm the only one from this neighborhood that has returned so far, it just breaks my heart and in some ways makes me feel so guilty that I'm here and they're not."
She recounted: "They took me on foot from the kibbutz to the Gaza Strip border. The kidnapping was very violent. I kept resisting until they eventually tied me up by my legs and arms and dragged me to the floor. It took them over an hour to drag me to the border. I was beaten up really badly, my entire face and body bruised and swollen.
"I was alone for a couple of weeks with Hamas armed soldiers guarding me the entire time. There was little food. All the guards were heavily armed and abused me and the other hostages. I was also held in a Hamas tunnel, 40 meters deep, where there was no oxygen and very little food. The tomb-like tunnel was dark and damp, and it felt as if we were buried alive. We were held in such inhumane conditions. No person should ever be subjected to such brutal and ruthless treatment."
Soussana continued: "You are not allowed to speak, not allowed to cry, and not even allowed to comfort each other when times get really bad. I was under emotional and physical terror the entire 55 days I was held in captivity. Feeling like every moment can be my last.”

@@ahmedabbas4236 I think it’s very, VERY misunderstood when people see others supporting Israel, and most often is taken to believe that people who support Israel and support peaceful Jewish people actually support war, atrocities, harm to civilians, disarray, crisis, chaos, and violent states of existence. That’s almost never the case. People just want peace for everyone whom is peaceful. How is someone supposed to live when their neighbor has a death wish for all Jews and makes known their belief that they will do anything and everything, sacrifice everyone, and ruin it ALL, just in order to make sure the extermination of Jews becomes a reality. How is anyone supposed to live like that? Where are people supposed to go? The issue of argument occurred so long ago that few cognizant people are still alive who lived thru that moment. So……what is everyone alive NOW supposed to do, where do they go, how do they raise a family in peace when they are attacked just for existing. I realize all of the arguments that are made on the Palestinian side, and I agree with most of it because most of it sounds the same as the Israeli side - citizens just want to raise their families in safety and with liberty and peace. And I don’t like extremists on either side. But how do you exist in a democratic state when every place around you is way more fundamental and extremist and authoritarian and does not offer their own citizens choices or the opportunity to speak out against a cruel and corrupt government of their own that uses its own citizens as political pawns, makes men into martyrs, and has top leadership often living abroad. How is one supposed to live right next to that??? And NO - I don’t support the expansion of settlements. I think it’s an atrocious, sanctimonious, self-aggrandizing way to go about negotiating peace and it actually entirely undermines the entire peace process, and the entitlement and religious zeal is fueled by is disgusting to me. It confuses and violates the entire peace process. But then I’m brought right back to - Okay, where TF are Jewish people and people who want to live in a mostly free democratic state in the Middle East supposed to go??? Where are their kids and kids who haven’t even been born yet supposed to exist? They have no other home or place of ancestry. They have no friends and family in a place elsewhere that they are welcome to exist in. And like almost all (99%+++) of Americans, I’m living on borrowed land and yet I don’t have an answer as to where TF I could go, because although my entire family, bloodline, both sides of it, 100% of my ancestors, came to the United States no more than 90-110 years ago, there is no other place to else I’ve ever lived or would be welcome to up and move to just because someone more than 90-110 years ago genetically in my family originated from there. There simply isn’t a place, and yet here I am, living on the land of Native Americans, and I feel gratitude for that, for which I could never repay, and I despise that the natives tragically and violently and viciously and immorally and illegally had their land and people brutalized and stolen until near extinction. I simply don’t have an answer as to how to solve that problem or repay them or repatriate myself to ‘where my people came from’. I just don’t, like most people on earth, my people moved around a bunch, and now I am here existing, and what TF else am I supposed to do about it? How do I ever be thankful enough that my kids can live in peace? How do you live as a person who doesn’t belong, and if not life in relative peace, what is even the point? Does anyone deserve violence and hate and extermination - ABSOLUTELY NOT!

You are a Christian and stand with israel while they are murdering innocent unarmed civilians. What is the meaning of your Christian faith then. As a Christian do you stand for murder snd revenge. If you can justify what israel are doing to the people in Gaza then there is something deeply wrong with your faith. As a Christian man myself I am shocked at how many Christians see nothing wrong with the slaughtering of civilians of which more than a third are young children. Currently israel are trying to starve the Palestinians to death and you still want to carry the Cross around your neck and sung Hallelujah. Did Jesus die on the cross to give israel permission to do as they please. It was in fact the people of israel themselves that crucified Jesus. To all the other Christians standing with israel, why do you stand with them. Please give me your answers so that I can point out exactly how deprived you are of common sense and righteousness. It is because Christians are to ignorant to find out what the truth is. Please take this advice. If you don’t know anything please be quiet. If you stand with israel please don’t say you are a Christian. Because you cannot be a Christian and be on the side of the nation committing genocide. Please if you disagree I am ready to debate anyone of your Christians on this matter. And just in case you did not know because you are ignorant and to lazy to do any research, the house with the other houses in the Kibbutz area were blown to pieces by the israeli forces themselves using tanks and using the Hannibal directive. If you don’t know what the Hannibal directive is, it’s called research

Yes actually most of the world was horrified on Oct 7th. But since then we learned that the most grotesque stories were just lies. We learned that the IDF killed hundreds in there state of panic and the standing rules of engagement in Israel. But most importantly we watched as Israel took revenge on thousands of children, in the most cruel and brutal fashion. So now I watch this probably ex-IDF lady talk about her trauma and I think you guys had a chance at peace years ago but you choose a far right wing government that supports settlers violence and the denial of a two state solution. So the Palestinians have no vote, and live in a prison next to this kibbutz. What would you say to Germans who lived near the extermination camps but denied knowledge of them. I’m afraid if you don’t care about children being slaughtered it is hard to care about your trauma.

God bless her for her strength, bravery, determination, diligence and discipline to keep fighting in an unjust situation. May her heart and body heal from being in captivity. I can’t imagine one day in captivity and the humiliation of some pervert watching you use the bathroom. This is so needed....so absolutely essential to get out the word about our precious hostages. What could be better and more powerful than to hear directly from a hostage who managed to stay alive, and somehow was released, in one piece. I pray for the hostages....that they will endure, stay strong in the Lord, for He alone knows all, sees all, and can and will enable them to stay alive, sane and peaceful in Him....in Him alone. There is no hope Apart from Jesus/Yeshua the Christ, and many, like myself, will continue in prayer, faithfully waiting for the safe release of all remaining hostages. Shalom. 💜💙🕊💙💜✡️✝️💜💙🕊💙💜

Dear Amit! I can't imagine how horrific your life must have been since the morning of 07 October. I think you are amazing and such a strong woman to stand there in front of your house and to tell your story! I am a Christian from South Africa and I have such love for Israel and the people that go through so much!!! I just want to say that the ANC (our government) does not represent the country. They represent only themselves!! You probably heard. If you hear bad things about South Africa, please know that it is nog us, just the ANC. Love you lots. I will pray for you that the Lord restore your life is the most beautiful way!!!

I cried. My heart sank when Amit said the thought that the world was working on their release kept her going. None of the hostages would have known about the pure evil narrative that had been unleashed onto to the world on Oct7, coinciding with the barbaric terror attack, A Narrative aimed at silencing the attack and hiding the hostages out of public eye. A narrative that was years in the making, deeply rooted and hidden in the west. All Nations MUST learn from this and secure their governments, education institutes and corporations from ideological influences outside of their own national interests..
