ABOUT ME
This channel started in 2014 and was called Dress Yourself Happy. Many things have changed over the years, and this channel has been a therapeutic space in which I could be myself, track my growth, and meet amazing people around the world.
I’ve dealt with anxiety and depression my entire life; I just wasn’t diagnosed till my early 20’s. In 2014, on a complete whim, I started this KZread Channel. While the channel (and I) has evolved through the years, it’s always been about motivating my viewers to take care of themselves. My content has always focused on self-care because beauty to me means more than makeup and skincare; it’s about taking the time and energy to truly take care of yourself on all levels: physical, emotional, and mental.
My goal is to help you feel and look your best so that you can go out there and conquer whatever life has to throw at you. I want to inspire, motivate, and help you escape whatever troubles you might have because KZread and blogging saved my life.
After the loss of my mom in 2017, I went through some mental and physical health struggles. Because of my own struggles, I wanted to help others with their heath journey, so I became a Certified Health Coach at the end of 2019 and am currently studying with Precision Nutrition for my PN1 Certification.

only 7 minutes in to the video and dreaming this was me. the therapists handwork ❤️ i clench my teeth throughout the day and night so seeing massage around the jaw and cheeks relaxes me even though I'm not actually receiving the treatment. thank you!

Wow, finally the favorite type of facial is back. What a great facial, this is really gives goosebumps, very relaxing, and the best part is when the therapist massaged your face during the whole session, it feels very mesmerizing and relaxing. And your face expression in this facial treatment really gives bliss, like a sleeping Angel. Can't wait for more of these type of facials once again.

The way people comment on these videos is so entitled. Someone is just trying their best and you think because they’re not a professional or they don’t have millions of subs that you can constantly criticise and complain about the way it’s done. There’s thousands more channels out there, go and find what you’re looking for somewhere else. - mostly on other videos - I just think it’s really unnecessary.
This encourages me to do more facial massage at home!

Gotta massage my face more ive been slacking and Nerida Joy taught me better than that!
They didn't require you to take off your sweater? I loved the treatment, but I kept anticipating something getting on it. Also, why do some facials focus only on the "face"? What about the neck and decolletage? Do adding those areas cost extra? I'm only asking because I love it when those areas aren't neglected. As you age, you will see the difference if you've taken care of all those areas together. Thanks for sharing this one, it's one of my favs, this esthetician is awesome!

The camera has to move because the person filming has to work around the location and esthetician.
It looks like really great massages throughout. Very nice and relaxing! I do have to ask why none of the products were taken down the neck to the décolletage though. I thought that was fairly standard for professional facials?

Because this was a very paired down treatment. This was more of a sampling using Farmacy products. In a traditional facial it would be longer, I’d be in a robe etc
