  Um, can i know why they have that Kwan Loong medicated oil that is used for headaches etc? 0:12... Being Malaysian Chinese, that's a multi purpose oil and relatively cheap. Bet they're charging it expensive. Finding ways to overcharged people 🗿

  I don't use make-up (or like it personally), but I do de-clutter other items in my life since I became a minimalist. Just some advice-- be careful using make-up since it can have chemicals, and destroy the skin. Perhaps look for healthier ingredients, and depending on your skin sensitivity and type, try looking into jojoba oil, argan oil, and coconut oil for skin-care. I am 36 (37 on October 10th), but have been mistaken for in my 20's, and my mother who also doesn't use make-up is 63, and looks younger. It could be genetics partly, but I think not putting chemical-powders on our face has helped. Anyway, it's my preference and opinion, and I'm just saying how I feel. People have free-will, and it's not my business what they put on their skin. It's only my business if they try to put it on my skin, and nobody has been trying to do this to me. I'm glad you take steps to de-clutter; too many things can become overwhelming for the mind.

  First thing if your a stay at home mom make your own pico( the tomatoes) it's very cheap compared to having someone else prepare it it's not like your crushed for time 😔

  52:35 1:04:21 1:05:02 when the therapist rotated Serein’s neck to the left and right, that was the most ultra relaxing part ever. I can imagine all the pressure on her nape and her neck were lifted off with that massage.

  51:49 my favorite part of the treatment, the chest, shoulder, neck and face massage. So relaxing and very soothing scene, i guess the therapist is having a motherhood feelings on her when she massaged Serein’s upper body part, it feels like Serein was caressed a lot by the therapist.

  In between steps it is always advisable to remove remains of masks and peeling with warm water which it is not done in this facial - a simple towel might remove the main residues but it will always leave a fine layer left on the skin. In addition the anesthetician is even not able to remove it properly. The way the eye cream is put on the patient face is hideous (better not having any eye cream at all). This facial is pure rubbish and aim to only advertise products rather that providing a facial that is properly done
