Everyday a little sweeping, pruning, watering, collecting seeds, There's just something medicinal about leisurely puttering around in a garden. Your veranda courtyard is so whimsical and pleasant one gets lost in imagination. I have a few of those old wheel rims and a dozen old milk cans in different garden settings. I think I'm going to change some of my groupings and display the two together. Thanks for the idea and sharing Liz. Have a blessed day.

Good morning Ginger and thank you for taking the time to watch my video and comment. Most of the flowers in my garden have grown from seeds that were either blown by the wind or scattered by my hand. Some seeds germinate easier than others but yes, it all can be done the way God intended. I’m so happy you are inspired to go putter around in your garden, too. Here in Greece we make sweet with kumquat and I like it sooo much!!! Only kumquat and sugar, nothing else and we call it "teaspoonful sweet". What about you? I love ❤️ how colorful your garden looks..so beautiful and so well taken care of 😊😊I live in Orlando Florida and have gotten most of my plants and flowers planted..so much fun but lots of work as well 😊😊.. I could stay outside all day but with our Florida heat I try to be finished by 1:00..

Oh Liz, everything looks so good. Even your vegetables are behaving and growing in an orderly way... lol. I am so envious, it's still too cold at night in Tucson, Arizona. We've been in the 30's and though the days are warm the nights will kill any young plants. I did purchase supplies... seeds and fresh soil to start plants inside. We have hard frosts here some as late as April so I have to hold myself back.(Darn) How about a bright pink for the plant stand? ... you have that color throughout you gardens and it looks so pretty. A bright lavender would work too because the plant stand near it is yellow (love that one!) You know, any color will look terrific in your beautiful garden. Thanks for the tour, it was so much fun to see what you are up to.💚🪴

Thank you so much JoMarie! Actually, the kumquat tree came in a big giant ceramic pot, so I got the pot as well. Yes, it was an outstanding deal. God truly blessed me that day. I love larkspur! I planted it from seed in my garden last year and it’s growing this year because it reseeded! Your vegetables look very healthy. I really enjoyed this garden tour, thank you!

I totally agree with you. Larkspur are so amazing. I really got into seeds this year as I discovered how easy they do come back. Thank you for the compliment about my vegetables. I’m still waiting for them to produce, but I think a few of them are going to seed. Oh well, we never know how mother nature is going to affect our harvest and sometimes I just grow things for fun. Good morning Susan my roommate came with two dogs. A yellow lab and a black lab. So right now they are on the side of the house occupying that space. But it’s OK because that keeps them out of my garden. Maybe I will introduce them in a future video real soon because I’m sure other people are wondering what I’m gonna do with that space as well. Ohhh OK thank you! No, I did not lay anything down in the path. I am definitely considering finding something that would work well . It would have to be some type of material that I can still rake because my little doggy sometimes poops on the path and there’s lots of debris and leaves falling from trees. So it has tobe rakeable, thank you for explaining that to me.
