Listening to exploring/working video game and movie music while working and studying is like the greatest brain hack ever. I listen to calm exploring and building music from games like Minecraft, Zelda BOTW and TOTK, Hogwarts Legacy, and Animal Crossing, and I'm transported into "happy relaxed work" mode. I made a whole playlist for my favorite study music like this.

Ahh. It's time to listen to some AC and fall asleep

Study Checklist: 1. Water bottle - Your brain works better with enough water! 2. Good lighting - During the day white light is the best, but if you are studying at night then more orangey darker light will help you sleep after. 3. A healthy snack - Your brain needs energy! 4. Somewhere comfy to sit - Prop yourself up in bed, sit back in your office chair, or make yourself a nook out of pillows! 5. Headphones for your music - Block out distractions, and you won't bother others. Happy Studying!
