    As i sit in my room, gazing at my notebook, things needs to be done. i swear, working, while being a student at a university while going to the gym 3 times a week + running 2 times a week. holding my self and my parents financialy.. all this shit drains you. But then you wake up from your day dream, and you understand that if you wont do it, no one will do it for you. I do all this things for the well being of my family and my future family. I've only come across weak-minded and lazy boys that don't put in the work and can't follow my pace. It's embarrassing reading a book while your partner is sitting beside you mindlessly scrolling Tik Tok and Instagram. Boys, I won’t lie to you, I lost it over quarantine. Went from working out daily, eating clean and discipline to hammering beers, eating pizza 3x a weeks, crushing cigarettes, just not giving a fuck anymore. I lost all motivation and fell into a cycle of poor habits and poor discipline. Gained 50 lbs in 2 years. These videos are getting me back on track. I quit my job I hated and started a new path in a new field. I haven’t smoked in 5 months, I’m giving up beer and pizza for books and painting. I’ve been lifting sporadically for the last few weeks and forced myself to go every day this week. Meal preps, meditation, redeveloping my good habits. It’s all thanks to you, the men and women who are grinding day in and day out, not giving a fuck about societal norms. We’re all gonna make it brahs!! May you all find the strength to be your best self you can be!! Much love and many thanks! Let’s get after it!

    The first step to change is becoming aware of yourself. It’s okay to fail but in the end we always need to pick ourself back up again and learn from the past mistakes! I’m a woman but I’ve gone through my own struggles in lockdown too. Last January I relapsed into my toxic relationship with food again and that really put 2021 in a bad light. Ive made it a goal to not let that happen at all this year and I’m still going strong. I’m also pushing myself out my comfort zone social anxiety wise because my future self will thank me so much for it. I honestly want to become mentally and physically healthy this year. I’m not letting another year go to waste. It’s never too late to become the best version of yourself. Just try to remember. The only person you are competing with is yourself. I wish you the absolute best for the future and I’m proud of you!!

    If you can't pull your own weight, then you're making someone else do it. A real man pulls his weight and then some, to lift up those they care about. It takes a long time to be able to do that, it's tough but well worth it in the end. Being mediocre and lazy (by choice) is not ok, nor should it ever be. If you're not working to improve yourself in some capacity, then you're wasting your potential and all the time & resources spent on you by your elders.

People really underestimate what it means to be a good father, how important it is to be such a figure and how it makes a man equally incredible as all of the athletes, scientists and workers shown in these videos. It is amazing. This movement is amazing. Because it's what taught me which attributes really define a man. Strength not only physically but the strength to protect those who you love. The strength to endure the pain you have to go through in your life. After learning that a real man is born. In this Crazy World, we stand as a bastion against those who want to convince us otherwise, those who have given up. We don't give up. We push through. And we rise out of the ash.

    I remember when I was growing up I just wanted to be liked by anybody so I always tried to fit in everywhere. When I got to new schools I would always hope the people would like me, now when I go places I pray I like at least one person. Now more than ever we need to stand up and say no more of this crap, we were born for greatness boys. I know this because history tells us our past, it was always the common man that rose out of nothing and took everything and was praised for it. We must be great because the children of today need to see what a man is, what a man is supposed to be and why a man is supposed to stand for what he believes in even if he stands alone. Face the onslaught with squared shoulders and head held high gents, we are forging the future with our very hands. Let's make it epic and rise like Kings.

  • @travisheady139
    @travisheady1392 жыл бұрын

    Being a man is not just being physically strong. It's not being a bully and womanizer. It's not always being the one to win an argument. It's not about having power. It's about having power, and knowing how to use it. It's about doing the right thing when nobody is looking. It's about standing up for the weak. It's not about never crying and never showing emotion. It's about having the strength and dignity to admit when you're wrong and the discipline to commit to become better. So, go, work out, get stronger, study, get smarter, practice get better, but remember adversity reveals your true strength, your character. In the words of uncle Ben, with great power, comes great responsibility.
