In my nation, only Men are forced to work in the military for 2 years (or do other community services for like 3 years) without any benefits provided for the time and effort after you come back to the society to get a job and get a proper life, while the Women are free from this responsibility. Those 2 years of the 20s are so valuable and it is so painful that those 2 years have to be taken away from your life regardless of your own will. But I'll never be mad for being born a man to this world. Even if mandatory military service was DOUBLE the current length, I have no regrets and I rejoice that I am a man for I wish to bring good to the world like many great man before me.

this probably wont be seen but my dad and I went on a hiking trip yesterday. It was one of the physically hardest things we had ever experienced (im 13 and he is 46). we had to hike 4 mountains in 1 day, we walked almost 10 miles in 8 hours. The last mountain on the first day pushed us to our limit physically and mentally. We ate very little food. On the second day we ate nothing for breakfast and we just started to walk we had to go through multiple rivers, we forgot to pack sandals so we had to go through them barefoot until we had enough and we just wore our shoes through water some were even knee height. We ended up having enough and we found a road and we ending up walking it because we were so tired and it was flat. We made it to a area where we could sit down. We planned to walk back to the truck which would have taken 5 hours plus, we were both scared but thankfully we were able to hitchhike and the nicest guy in the world was able to take us most of the way an we only had to walk for 1 and a half hours for 4.5 miles. Had it not been for that man we could have maybe died out in the wilderness.

I wouldn’t even classify this as a meme. These videos actually lead me to now starting to work out, and heavily fixing my eating. I’ve tried to do the same in the past but always relapsed into my old unhealthy lifestyle, but not this time. It’s still my longest running streak that hopefully won’t end. 3 month update: I’ve lost almost 20 pounds, and have been going to the gym weekly! 5 month update: Hello again everyone. Been a couple months since my last update. Came back to say I lost a bit more weight (nothing too much since I am at a healthy weight once again already), and I still go to the gym weekly. When I initially started going to the gym I was going with a friend, and not only did going to the gym make me physically healthy, but it helped my relationships, and I’m now closer with this friend then I was before because of going to the gym with them. I don’t plan on ever stopping. Well, until next time kings. 10 month update: Hey everyone! Damn this comment blew up a bit. Figured I’d come and give another little life update on how things have changed over the last 5 months. First of all I started taking mental health seriously, and got support for problems of mine. Also I no longer go to the gym weekly. I typically go about 3 times a week nowadays. I’ve also started seeing someone now. This journey is far from over, it’s merely just began, but it hasn’t been a bad start. Bye again for now everyone. 13 month update: Hey guys. I’m honestly surprised people are still commenting on this, but since they are figured I’d come back. Sadly drifted apart from the person I was seeing (who cares though more time for gym 💪💪). It’s been I don’t even know how many years since my weight has been where it currently is. I’m literally not even overweight any more, forget fat. I don’t quite have abs fully yet but they’re starting to pop a bit (still crazy to see). I’m physically stronger to a point that was unimaginable to me a year ago. I do reps now with a weight higher than my old PR on bench press now lol. I’ve made more progress in my life in the last year than like all the years prior to that combined. A year ago I had horrible depression, and severe anxiety. At this point I can honestly say the depression is cured, I feel like I have a strong sense of purpose now. And the anxiety is so much better, due to me forcing myself out of my comfort zone whenever I get the chance nowadays. Even started a business lol. Well kings that’s the jist of it for the most part. Listen though before I go again to anyone reading this, I obviously don’t know you, and I don’t know what your going through, but I need you to understand that truly where there’s a will there’s a way. I know you might not see right now how going to the gym/stepping out of your comfort zone, etc, is gonna help, and or solve whatever your dealing with in life right now, but I ask you this, what do you have to lose? Worst case scenario you’ll simply just get stronger. Until next time kings.

I cannot forgive those people who also argue that it’s somehow good to scramble and shake as they think of supposed rational counter arguements Get out out of the way. BECAUSE ILL KILL THEM ALL!! This one may be favorite video of all in this "genre". Because it also shows dads/brothers saving their children/siblings from accidents. It's a good demonstration, that you don't need to have freakishly elite genetics or use steroids to be a hero and inspiration to someone, especially to your own family. Nice touch and range of examples from mythos, to elites, to average people having in common strive for higher ideals, for some country, for some glory, for some family.

Obvious he’s an extreme example but dedicating your life to get somewhere career wise for your family or people in your area is as much of an alpha existence as building your body like a god

School is destructive because among other things, it makes kids consider the word “discipline” as something to be afraid of. It’s why they grow up to be the way they are now. Kids should know that discipline sets you free and makes you powerful once you master it. It wasn’t until I left that shitshow called “high school” that I started learning that.

This stuff popped up on my suggested after I decided to change my diet. Went carnivore diet n been workin out. Always hated workin out. I'm a 2x large dude cuz of physical labor jobs but I drank a lot of beer. Switched diet, switched beer, still work a physically demanding job as a pipefitter. I watch these videos every other day to remind myself I'm on the right path changing for the better. I've already lost inches, had to tighten my belt 3 notches, can finally do pull ups (5'11" at 260 lbs and my 3yo neice thinks it's awesome and is tryin to do em too). It's been about 2 months n I've noticed a lot of growth in my arms and the shrinkage of my waist. The day I was able to tie my Redwings while still breathing was a major stepping stone. I'm up to 55 inch shoulders and 36 inch waist, and my beer belly has gotten softer and smaller. If you're startin this path, stay the course. I don't do it for girls, I do it cuz I was tired of holding my breath to tie my work boots. The only down side is I may have to buy new clothes cuz jeans gettin to big. Least my shoulders fill out a 2x shirt finally... instead of wearin it to cover my gut.

This is the definitive edit of this movement. It peerfectly encapsulates everything wrong with out society and beautifully exemplifies the standards we all, as men, should strive for by using clipsof some of the many giants of our time across sport, science and culture. And of course, the song choice is just the cherry to top off this work of art. Stay strong lads! And never falter! Set your sights sky high and work for that life you know you are damn well capable of achieving!🤜🤛

I envy the determination you guys have. I’ve recently started trying to workout for at least 30 minutes a day and just trying to do things that can help me better myself but i’m very inconsistent. Its hard for me to maintain these things on a daily basis. You guys are amazing

The best way is to mix up personal preferences, freedom and causality with discipline. So you don't remain freely inconsistent, but you don't overdo the discipline part either, a good balance of duty and fun in a way

I found its better to start small and take small steps. My grind explained it like a ladder. If you have lots of rungs close together you can reach the next one. If you have them too far apart you’ll never reach the next level

Nice to see some skating stuff on this videos (downhill clip and Tony Hawk's first 900). Skating is also an sport, can get you very fit, and most importantly, it teaches you to always get back up on your feet no matter how hard you get hit. Be disciplined, do sports, embrace fitness, embrace strenght.

I noticed a clear pattern in my 40 years on this planet. The times when I was the happiest, I was exercising and in good shape. The times I was most miserable, I slacked off and got chunky.
