@@rewalos5077 the run took me just under an hour so I was cruising at about a 7:15-7:30 min/mile pace. I get a 30 minute lunch but work for my uncle so he’s more lenient (if I take an hour lunch I just have to stay an extra 30 minutes at end of day). I had about 4 minutes to make myself and eat myself a sandwich

Watching these types of videos 3 years ago when I was out of shape chubby and insecure vs now is crazy. Training has become a part of my life now, and these videos alot of the time got me at least out of that bed. I’m in better shape then I could’ve imagined mentally and physically and sometimes coming back to these reminds me of that. It’s crazy how much someone’s words can reach you and help you make that step. Thank you to everyone who gives piece of themselves to lift others. I truly aspire to have that effect. Life’s really beautiful.
