I was depressed on a daily basis. I’ve been struggling to find focus, structure, direction and a goal to push me forward. I’m not sure who put this together but THANK YOU!!! This podcast , little by little, saved my life and taught me to fight for myself, love myself first and gave me a purpose. It taught me it’s okay not to have a daily plan. Taught me it’s okay to fail. Taught me it’s okay to be ME! Now I go into the world with my head held high, shoulders back, march forward and enjoy every moment of the everyday.

I have always had a job since I was 15 and I have always loved the job i have had for real.....from fast food to home health....the last job i had was like working for NASA i said was like working for NASA i always gave 120 percent i was always happy i loved it i had an accident and i can't go back to work I feel like i could still work another 15 years I'm 62 and I'll tell you this is kicking my ass. If I could be anyone I would want to be IRONMAN ....this video helps me get through my day as will as my Lord 💙💙

I believe that trusting in yourself is the hardest work for a person with self low esteem because they generally think they don't deserve it even when that's not true, so it is double the work... @@crissaenz8249 like any muscle, you have to practice to start believing you deserve success. Do one action that you know consciously is related to your goal, and do another one tomorrow. At the same time look at the mirror and repeat to yourself that you can and you deserve it. It isn't fake it until you make it . Believe it until you make it. So yeah like a muscle, practice with actions and determination and you will feel like you deserve it 🙌🏽
