Recently I had heard a recurring conversation between some Girls at my Highschool, the SJW type or "Feminist" type You know what I mean, and I heard them say they hate, and despise men and masculinity. It really just made me think, Why do you hate me? I thought you wanted equality? What have I done? Why do I deserve this? things like that, made me feel blue and such. It almost made me feel ashamed to to be a man in a way, like I had done something wrong. But you know what I'm tired of it. I've recently started working out and it's genuinely making me feel stronger not just physically but mentally to. I've learned that they're just weak, And we, MEN, are not at fault for their hatred towards us in the modern day, and I'm proud to call myself a man, I am proud of masculinity and so should all of you.

"when you are shame other people for not being masculine" i dont give a fuck about other people philosophy, do what u want. But the truth here is that thoses people starts to lesson man about how they should behave and not to do, why wont they mind their buisness, are they so insecure that they need to change every man so they feel like they are right. And its okay to not like some philosophy, it's not because it';s 2022 that we have to agree to anything and be so open minded we loose track of everything. Using basic logic. Feminine man is a deviation of natural men and thus it's deemed weird and unwantable as an attribute for most men But a certain percentage doesn't choose to be like that (certain genes, neurotransmetter like testorene0 and thus dont deserve to be shamed for what they are. But there is an other percentage who choose and do it like a trend for whatever reason which I thiink is dumb af. it's like trying to be ADHD or something like that. So this video is basically trying to reverse this deviation of nature, and try to remember men about their real speceifies and attribute mainly (proper testorene and genes) Nature is so well done that if some men try to work out and interest themselves of natural man things, they'll gain testorenes and seratonin thus making them "proper" natural man Why is it so important u ask? because that's our identity for millions of years and that's how our society evolved like this, if the trend shift and feminine men become more than normal men, it will become a disorder for our future since woman are genetically attracted to mainly attributes etc etc etc.

However, living in the state of the world that its in, i think its important for men to get a dose of reassurance, a testosterone pick me up once in a while to drown out all the negativity the world tries to shout at us. This world is ass backwards. Here is a piece of advise for the young fellas out there. If a female calls you toxic because of your masculinity, tell them your toxic! then leave. The strive to physically better myself pulled me out of one of my worst depressions, and continues to do so now. Went from 190 to 160 in the past 9 months (I'm 5'10), yet I've boosted my 3 core lifting maxes by almost 320 pounds. Still got fat to burn, but I've never felt better when looking myself in the mirror, or pushing my body to the limits.
