this! wow. a darkworker I only yesterday discerned as such, advised me to think it was only my own trauma, not he other person. while it is also my own trauma, it was a fullblown psychic attack. today I removed the most of that and am healing my trauma.

I get u! In my case it was the opposite! She was always so “lightworker” that her energy would control me, i was feeling better and always i asked personal development to avoid living in the past, but all SESSIONS she induced me to go back, to induce we all have wounds ego beliefs, and put so much seeds in my mind as i have trauma and i run from talking about it, but my experiences were toxic enough and i just needed a friend on that moment, not advices, but no she made sure to put me in a gaslight field controlling my perception and wasting my time and life, and she never energetically cared otherwise i would feel respected in any way, bc everyone i attacked energetically without intention, in days i sucked it back and dealt myself, but when one attack or manipulation stays on us its bc uncounciously they are just neglecting and false light, i stay away from them, it happened again with another darkworkers as u said, they do that bc it feeds their ego to control and make that all is absolutw truth bc it comes from their intuition, their guides, so they speak all in their mind assuming they wont ever be wrong but that leads to that, forcing us to return to point zero for nothing

Yes I need this positive healing right about now.

Thank you for this suggestion. We have reiki for self-esteem however, one for assisting with feelings of self-consciousness would help a lot of people.
