I’ve got one tht I think would help alot of ppl: moral perfectionism. Not being able to forgive yourself for your imperfection of accidentally hurting someone or doing something wrong, evn tho it was an honest mistake from subconscious shadow stuff. And then spiralling into thinking you’re a bad person bc of it. When you’re only human. For me anyway. And obv however it plays out for others. Idk I jst found out this is a major problem of mine and the cause of a lot of problems. Thank you for your consideration x ❤

i feel you on this. sometimes the guilt and shame can be so heavy and although its something that should be felt (and is honestly good that we feel because it proves we have a heart) at times it can be all consuming and manipulative. great suggestion!!

thanks so much! i really need to move on from some healers that in one hour destroyed my life by leaving whatever waves of information here that forces everything to prove their advices and points, she said mediumship there's no return, so guess what flow i cant feel peace from? thanks to you, i know this means she turn on my psych powers without permission, making me unable to exist, going day after day to spiritual centers, and have nothing stopping it, i try to work and i stay paralysed in front of the computer bc of fullfiling prophecies, she literally started putting random things into my life as trap, paradox, and anything to uncounciously she feels powerful and efficient, bc for her i am only an "ilusion" right? haha but i am not, and it really hurts leaving that as crazy and see my whole family proving her point indirectly by always being sick so i would keep my mediumship open to heal them. time to let go of this stagnancy energy and let my year begin!
