Wow. I've always been a spiritual person, strong in the christian faith, and have been given visions from God. But wow, i FELT this. I actually physically felt him place each stone, felt a gateway of energy open up and pour out, felt them become connected, then when he asked asked my negative thoughts to be turned into positive energies, i FELT the buzz of my depressive thoughts fizzle out and radiate calm.

And when tou asked the healing to be accepted by my body, i felt this cooling, solid, tingly sensation in my lower back. I'd strained my lumbar (lower back muscle) a while ago and it has been giving me pain ever since. This is amazing. I am so thrilled!

When we feel soothed our cortisol levels reduce, and that alone has a significant effect on countless bodily functions - for the better. Don't write feeling relaxed off as some minor thing, relaxation has massive health benefits, and it all ties into our bodily chemistry. "simply soothing" is the feeling of significant changes in the brain. In this case the oxytocin releases (soothing feeling) we get from caring interactions are our evolutionary "reward" for looking after each other, thus making us more likely to survive. And yes, the increase in oxytocin and healing rates is significant. We don't draw such correlations unless there is statistical significance. As a highly social animal, oxytocin is very important to our well-being. Don't take my word for it though. Have a read about oxytocin. If you're into reiki you might find it relevent and interesting.

No doubt there is a lot to say for relaxation, its proven the regular meditation can lead to better mental and physical health. Reiki is a very soothing and relaxing expereince to receive and has many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of wellbeing of the whole. It like giving your car an oil change it, runs better afterward.

Ivan Solomon Nathan Our bodies,mind and spirit is somewhat like a living machine and organism, reiki life force energy healing is like its oil and helps it to work more smoothly, often in a more positive state, so to say well oiled is just a description of when the mechanics of what makes us up is well looked after through healing or other methods, like eating a healthy diet and exercise.

About halfway into this video, I realized my headache was almost gone, and was completely gone by the end. this is so unique it's as if you are with a client, and I actually do feel the spirituality of it which gives a positive vibrancy of feeling a sense of freedom,freedom from judgement, from from hurt from fear to be free of all those things.Reiki has a beneficial freeing spiritual effect Furthermore, I have a friend, Rob Edwards who performed a Reiki healing session on me, ever since then I have always been so interested in Reiki.

Neil Cooper Hey Neil, I love your videos! I have a reiki related question: Why are certain stones selected for certain chakras? Is it because of the color? Or is it because of the type of stone, like vibrationally? My brother talks a lot a bout rose quartz. Anyways, reiki question for a reiki master!

I've watched many other reiki healing videos, and so far... you're the only one who helps me keep the demons at bay instead of letting them out to play. I will not question why this is, but I imagine it is most likely because you know what you're doing. I know a video is never going to be the same as the actual experience, but nearly every other time I've watched reiki videos made by someone other than yourself... well. The result is Darth Vader if he was on roid-rage. So, thank you. Keep up the good work. You've found yourself a new fan.

Very calming video, wonderful voice and the detail in what you are talking about is fantastic. I really enjoyed it. The only caveat is that there's a distinct line between real and not and I worry that how you present it can lead vulnerable people to be misled.

Oh absolutely, every human is more than welcome to have their beliefs, that's a fundamental part of human freedom. However, there are lines to be drawn, for example, honesty when money is involved. He can call it donations, but if people are giving him money it needs to be damn clear what their money is going to. So, I'm not criticism reiki or anyone who is interested in it at all. My criticism is strictly limited to his way of promoting himself, for an example, his charity, it sounds very much like he uses the money he gets primarily to support his work. That'd be fine, but he repeatedly describes it as a charity to help others, which naturally would make something think the money actually goes to someone else. It's ok for him to accept donations and even ask for them, but it needs to be clear that it's to fund his work. I know he says that his work helps others, but that doesn't mean it's ok to say that the charity is to help others. It's not, it's to help him.

I would not worry about it I am lucky of I get two donation a year and they are from hardened followers normally that I have helped allot and want to say thanks. I am honest, I am a fully qualified reiki master healer, I just made the video so that there is a slight roleplay and asmr in it.

I am sure that you are a good honest person, don't take it as an attack, just a reservation I have. Where I used to work I witnessed one particular customer who was, in a bad way in their life and being taken advantage of by someone with quite a few less scruples, so it's just something I'm a bit well, probably a bit over aware of. Regardless, you're videos are absolutely wonderful and you are brilliant at what you do. And yes, I see what you mean Geko.

@@NeilCooperReiki Yeah most people are too narrow minded to accept something such as Reiki simply because they view it as odd or weird which is utterly ignorant. I have been open to this and in fact I came here from ASMR and looking for a goodnights sleep and your videos have done that plus some for me. Like they have actually made me feel genuinely relaxed and worry free/stress free. So they do something, is it healing? Who honestly knows but what I do know is that it helps me during my anxiety attacks, with anger issues/temperment, my migraines, and get rid my night owl tendencies. So for that I thank you not only for the videos but also the reply most creators ignore comments from their fans, supporters, and/or subscribers. So thank you, and goodnight. 👏👍
