Before this session I couldn’t eat and I had been laying in bed feeling uneasy and awful for hours. During this session I can feel the release of negative energy physically leaving my body. I suddenly felt my appetite come back and I was very hungry again. I feel so much better and cleansed. thank you so much for what you do🤍🤍You are truly a master and an amazing human being.

Dear Neil, I am so grateful for all what you do. I could really relax with this video. I am having awful neigbours terrorizing the whole area with loud music and aggressive behaviour. It is hardly possible to calm down when they are around.

Yes, it is not as strong on video as distant healing. In-person is the most powerful way to heal.

I have a question - if Reiki finds its way to what needs healing naturally, why do you ask what we need healed? I'm just curious.

Mostly as Reiki healers, we let the Reiki find its own way where it needs to go, as it is drawn and guided there. But at times it is good to ask the person where or what they feel they need healing for. This can help them to release that need and in-person we would spend longer in that area giving additional healing and sometimes use other techniques to remove negative and depleted energy.

It can be all kinds of things. Often depressed and very unhappy in life, or very unwell mentally or physicallly. Sometimes it can be something bad or a bad person, but most ofen not well.

@@NeilCooperReiki interesting aura is probably not the best word for it I also ask because when doing meditations you know how and guided meditations you're told to see an energy field an so on often I form a black energy like what you see the character Ichigo do in the show bleach but I do it out of a different School of meditation just curious cuz your back ground u may have some interesting insights

White and black are only two opposites of the light spectrum. Either can be good and yes both white and black can represent protection. So not a bad thing. I just looked at your aura and it certainly has a lot of green from the chest down and going up over your head is yellow, but it changes with our mood and what we are doing each day. All colours can have many meanings in the aura. Some are green is emotional stability sometimes or an affinity with nature and yellow wisdom or intelligence or a deep thinker or that of a teacher.
