I thought I should tell you, whenever I feel nervous or scared at night, or when I have a day that I've felt very unbalanced energetically, I let your reiki videos stream all through the night. I feel so much better the next day, and I sleep much easier. I am grieving heavily at this time in my life, so I haven't been able to practice reiki or balance myself. I am interested on Level 3 but (for now) not to teach others just to improve my healing abilities. Do you recommend Level 3 for somebody who (for now ) don't plan to be Reiki teacher? Hi Jagoda, lever 3 reiki masters is really for those who are most dedicated to Reiki for life. Many reiki teachers will teach it to anyone as they make money from it. I have never taught a reiki master yet as up until my current student I have never had a student worthy of it. This is for devotees of reiki only in my own view and Reiki level 2 find fin for most who do not have such dedication to it.

How did i miss this video. You relax me all the time Neil with your videos, but i love this one. I don't know why, maybe you know. when i had relaxation session with a group, i got very anxious and i could not seem to relax and i was on edge all the time, that i had to stop going. But finding your channel months ago now. i follow you on facebook to, (im jayne black who comments a few times on your status lol) but Reiki never gives me that anxious feeling and i can relax, hope one day i could visit for a one to one with you. Thank you Neil for doing these videos. i can finally relax and feeling my black cloud going while i listen.

I'm in a mountain of pain because a few days ago I suddenly developed a shingles virus outbreak on my back and chest, so I can barely lie down without a burning sensation. While I can't say that your videos have done anything to speed up the healing, at the very least they do help me relax and take my mind off of these incredibly annoying and blisters. So I want to thank you for making these ASMR videos, I get the feeling that you did not intend for your channel to go in this direction, but you should know that you're helping people with this, not just to fall asleep or relax but to ease their pain (physical, mental or both) if only for a little while.

This is how I love to start or end my day- I love the symbol drawing and the focusing in on my brow/throat areas. So healing- I can physically feel the centers activate as the stones are being placed.
