Bro smooth with them gears. I only been driving about 4 years and restricted to automatic. Now I tried a manual at my first CDL school and quit because I failed the road test the first time around and had like 5 more tries. I wished I maintain my emotions at that time and I would be in a manual. But building my credit to make my first truck purchase and I am going to get 18 speed so got learn manual either way because not giving myself any excuses to not get this manual transmission on my CDL.

How fast is he driving ? Check your speed meter , since you are a traffic police and tell us . Lot you like come on internet and be nudge and prosecuters without any sort of evidence . No. It's to make sure drivers from the opposite direction is aware of this oversized beast is coming. These roads are narrow and windy. So you want oncoming traffic to be prepared.
