as heavy as those trucks were loaded.im certain by that night there were quite a few broken leaf springs replaced.severely overloaded. obviously they didnt cross many bridges on route to the dump off site or the bridges & trucks would be laying on the ground somewhere in whatever the bridge USED to go over.

WAY TOO MUCH GRAVEL. That's how I fill my toy trucks in my sandbox back in my childhood.

I don’t get why some of the men will open the door of the truck and stand on the fuel tank or even stand on the ground beside the truck while dumping. Do they not understand or ever seen a hydraulic line to the bed Jack burst or the packing in the Jack blow out or the pin break or the hoist box break and the truck turn over. If so they could be crushed with the truck landing on them when it turns over. Just doesn’t make sense to me and just so you know I’ve drove a tractor trailer dump for approximately 32yr and I’ve seen it happen.
