I don’t believe the side piece theory because if he was trying to cover it up he wouldn’t have come on TV. I believe the drug theory because this would pay his settlement and give him something in his pocket for more drugs

I think Viv is an unlicensed driver and that’s why the insurance is in his name

Viv doesn't have a license most likely. And can't get a car or insurance in her own name. The idiot defendant got the car for Viv and has the insurance and car in his name. If he doesn't put an end to this Viv Is holding something over his head or she's his girlfriend on the downlow. Or at least pretends to be his girlfriend for the benefit. This case is so obvious. Usually the judge will press harder in a case like this. Don't know why she went so easy on this defendant
