Thanks to lallantop for raising this issue. My booking amount and fuel bill of 5000 and 1000 respectively is also due from June 2020. And every time they say they will refund soon but no refund is issued till now. Please raise this issue.

THATS TRUE!!. Even when i created a grievance ticket in consumer forum, my case was closed with the following reply: "Company Remark : Hello, With reference to the above concern, it is understood that the refunds are in process and it is been delayed due to this critical situation of pandemic disease. The company (Zoomcar) has never breached its policy and never denied for the refunds, they are humbly requesting the customer to wait and co-operate for a few more days. Therefore we request the customer to co-operate the company in this situation. With this, we close the case here amicably."

I am also victim.. serious action should be taken against them🖕

I am also facing same problem almost 1 year .last march i booked car they took 3k as deposit till today they not refunded. Initial we could contact the customer care support after that started say that corona effect customer service not provide as mew rules.told that soon we will refund in one month.after that have blocked our call there no proper replay about our refund amount.but for time we sat because it was corona thought there having genuine problem thinking very problem will cleared but till now there no proper respond not via call or email.even we main office in the Bangalore they said you contact customers care they are helpless.there misusing money of people but unfair policy.pls lallantop team make sure that all should cover come this refund problem.felt happy to see that your team raised voice pls make sure that problem ge resolved all credits team will recieve.keep going lallantop team.i am thinking of zoomcar how much money they blocked may be in many crores.they having good rate of interest of the public many,cheap tricks.even my 5k stuck from last 10 month even same my friend.hope everything get solved

One such company is FLYROBE which deals in rental attire and you can select the dress from their website on rent and they are doing the exact same scam with lot of consumers by not returning the refundable deposits . Please do some reporting against them too ..keep it up

Do one thing, book a new car booking and keep it at some remote place and sell the parts. Also remove the tracking devices.

I have a solution for this... Had same refund issue during my Udaipur trip . Zoom car had to refund me 5000 rupees , They gave me some records showing that they have refunded the amount . But i didn't get any in my account . After playing the loop game for 3 months i decided to complaint in consumer court . After complaint i received my money in less than a week... My cousin Also used the same method to get his refund back in similar issue.... Try it . It's free And worked for me....

I have also an idea , book a zoomcar pick the car and keep it until they refund. I you will get a good deal.

Same happened with me the car I booked was canceled and refund took a lot of time and then I had to take help of consumer forum to get my refund.

One of my friends too faced similar situation. He booked Ford Figo for a journey after 1 day and paid the security. Due to some reason he had to cancel the booking just after 1 hour but he didn't get any amount back. This fraud company should be sued and its operations should be shut.

I have a few questions? 1) Do you know Tauhid personally? 2)what is your email id on which complaint is sent to you? 3)There are many companies there like zoom,rev,Myles,ola,uber who have done revolution in transport and mobility which our government is not able to do.cant we find other ways of solution to such dispute without defaming them ? 4)Is it a media stunt ,so that lallantop gets more ads ? 5)Can common people send you such issues ? Will they be broadcasted ? if yes please share email /other communication. Please reply .the above mentioned questions are very genuine and you being a responsible media house should reply . This is going on from over a year. This all started when corona hit India and lockdown was enforced. I got my refund via credits and I used them in the next booking.

My refund of 17498 is also Pending since may 2019 I mailed several times but there is no any assistance to response back

They also deliberately cancel the booking and says that payment is not yet deposited so they will keep that money also for 1 to 2 months and after followup they will refund as if they are doing a favor to the customers.

Galti se location galat dal gai 2 bar cancel kia refund stucked Fir booking kia wo bhi cancel kia so almost 50k

Mene JIO-MART pe 18 July 2020 ko order kiya tha or 20 July 2020 ko JIO-MART ne order cancel kar diya or 7 emails karne k bavajud aaj tak refund nai mila. Har bar call Karen par sorry bol kar 7 days me refund ho Jane ka commitment to karte hai but refund aaj tak nai aaya. Aap b JIO-MART ke bare me research kar k dekhiye

I have 4 pending refunds at zoomcar. When I call them they say that your refund will be processed within 7days but its not done by ZoomCar.

Same here. My refund of ₹3000 hasn't been paid since November 2020. Their customer service phone number is also not accessible. They reply with the same message on Twitter and mails.

There many such service providers. One more example is Excitel - Broadband service provider in NCR. My deposit of 2000/- is still pending after more than 6 months. I have called atleast 40 times but no luck. These kind of scams are very common nowadays as there is no proper guidelines from government regulating this online frauds. I would request lallantop to take a look on such companies and frauds

I have also same experience I have booked car without fuel but after completed my ride they charge it. Moreover they Did not show any warning sign of any extra momey

Mujhe v problem hua tha....aur kai baar hua hai...2-3 baar.. Par refund aaa gya tha. Par pura situation bht bekar tha...seamless banana chaiye inhe.
