So many of us struggle with negative or intrusive thoughts, it can feel all-consuming and like you have no control. We're also only taught to work things out with our head, relying on what we think, but this isn't always accurate or available.
Our minds can get things wrong, ignore evidence and miss cues. We can also lie to ourselves or kid ourselves and really believe it.
When we start to listen to what our bodies are telling us, we get a much clearer message. In this video we look at where our negative beliefs come from, what impact they have and how we can manage these thought patterns and reframe our way of thinking.
