It was soooooo amazing. I literally couldn't believe what I was witnessing. The way it happened was so deserving for the fans. I bled with them in the 90's... gritted my teeth from '11 and on... and vindication finally!! Goosebumps still! Long live the '19 Blues.

Agree that the Blues should be playing Gloria after every win until they win another cup at least. True Blues fans would never get sick of that. Also, the fact that we won it by beating Boston made it so much sweeter as a Cardinal fan after what the Redsox did to us in 2004/2013. Kimmel running all over the Busch. I so wanted John Hamm to figure 8 all over that rink.

I remember being at work when they won and,watching and sending a text my brother, Champs.

Quick story for you. I saw them win at a bar in Chicago. I got in the car the next day and made the drive to STL just to be there and go to the parade. I have a blues bumper sticker. At some point after Bloomington, I start getting LGB honks from more and more cars on 55. Driving into the city, it LOOKED different because something had truly changed with what they did.

haha, I have a bad memory

I often wonder if COVID hadn’t ruined the 2019-20 season, if the Blues could’ve repeated. They were 1st in the West and 3rd overall in the NHL. Who knows what moves would’ve been made at the deadline and how far they could’ve went in a normal playoff scenario

I wasn't even a hockey fan back then. I haven't liked hockey since they went on strike and missed a whole season

When you used to watch Cardinal games you always thought they were going to win they were an exciting team and they usually won now it's hard to watch Cardinal games because you don't see or feel anything about the game

Also one of the last years I could actually watch the Blues every night before they went to Ballys and Comcast blacked them out for all Central IL people.

Thinking that embracing the horrific “Gloria” confused the heck out of opponents. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Yea, what happened to Brendan is just another example why I will never attend another game. Thinking the Cardinals jumped the Shark not moving the stadium out to the county, like where the old Corvette plant was.

Any more I don't care as much as I used to about the Cardinals and I think they appear to me as though they feel the same way...

I dunno, man. I don't see the Blues winning another cup in our lifetime. 2019 was special and Gloria was a part of that. Going down memory lane is great and all that, but Gloria belongs to 2019.
