Especially when you're talking about in--wall speakers. Most shops can't install speakers into the wall then a year or two later remove them for the enxt model or brand... Odd, in this install the 3 front channel speakers weren't put behind the screen.

I think its so that customers can still see what they are being demo'd which does makes sense in this situation

Quetzalcoalt I was always taught that the centre did almost all the critical work ref dialogue and that most cone speakers - not matter what ‘company’s’ say, are directional, so it was imperative to have it behind an acoustically transparent screen. Their centre channel is literally on the floor and isn’t even angled up towards the ears. That’s another thing I have been taught by an audio engineer is to always try and have the tweeters at ear high, the centre channels tweeter is at ankle height so who knows how the second row is going to get ‘reference’ centre channel audio reproduction LMAO. I can’t take them or their products seriously when they position a speaker to fire towards your ankle, it maybe a THX certified speaker but it ain’t a THX certified location lol

the screen they are using is a ALR screen which dont come in AT - I think I might have seen one AT ALR screen but not 100% otherwise I would have bought it when I was putting in my screen

Hi, This theatre looking amazing, I need your advise on number of subwoofer can be installed to Marantz AV10 processor, is it possible to add a subwoofer for each subwoofer channel. Secondly, which one sound better - Ci5160REFM-THX or Reference 5 Meta?

What size is your screen?

How i wish this was a 21:9 screen and the speakers where actually behind it, so you can hear the voices coming from the center of the screen instead of floor.... Edit: ok i get it, it's a show room, so the customer has to see the speakers.

Probably one of the best home theater setups I've seen

This theatre is screaming for an acoustic transparent 2.35:1 screen with all three front speakers mounted vertically behind it.

Rock Steady actually it would sound better with only the centre channel behind a acoustically transparent screen. And the front left and right speakers at the sides of the screen toed in using 2 angled walls for them.
