I always liked Jeff as a ref, so watching this was such a joy. His story about wanker refs mad me chuckle. When I first qualified as a ref I turned out for an under 12s game in my spankingly new pristine black kit with the local FA badge displaying proudly on my chest. As I walked onto the pitch with the ball at the start of the game I was greeted with a loud rendition of "who's the wanker in the black?" turning around I saw my wife and daughter on the touchline singing it.

Great show as usual lads. Really interesting to hear it from the refs perspective. Might be interesting to have someone out of the boardroom on sometime

Fascinating and entertaining interview. On a very obscure note , when Jeff was talking about David O'Leary I kept thinking of Atlas in " Bioshock" saying " would you kindly " 😂

This is absolutely superb viewing.. & admittedly as one who gave Mr Winter plenty of stick over the years, I absolutely doff my hat to him & to see & listen to the other side & Jeff the man & person as oppose to “Winter the smog t**t in the black”, is a real eye opener & his crack is absolutely brilliant.. & funny as f.. Top Bloke.. 🧐👍🏻
