I listened this one for hours when I barely understand english. It is awesome listening it now and the lyrics are so much fun ... man this is pure gold

This is actually a really sad song when you pay attention to the lyrics. Especially the last verse: "Baby don't you sign that paper tonight she said but i cant work in fast food all my life" His girl basically tells him not to sign the contract because she knew the record company would ruin his passion for music and he could find another way to be successful but he dismisses what she says because he doesnt want to work at a dead end job his entire life (possibly because he loves his girl and wants to provide a good future for her which explains why he constantly mentions theyre gonna give him alot of money and has to reassure himself that everything will be alright)

Penny boards aren't bad.. I don't have one don't care to.. but if you are just cruising it's a classic and great for transportation.. can get more speed and turn faster based on bigger wheels and short wheel base. Not everyone who skates has to take stairs and rails..

Ska Punk is probably the most underated genre ever!

This band and Mighty Mighty Bosstones are by far my favorite Ska bands. The sudden rhythm changes from fast to slow, then incoming horn section with reggae styled rhythm guitar behind the horns makes it appealing to me and I'm not sure why. It just puts me in a good mood.

Shao A Suggestions? I'd recommend more Reel Big Fish, for one, pretty much all their music is fantastic. As for other bands, well, Less Than Jake and Suburban Legends for a more punky feel, there is also Streetlight Manifesto, The Mighty Mighty Bosstones and Save Ferris to give a try!

I finally got to see these guys live back in July at Warped. I've not had that much fun at a show in a long time. Aaron is hilarious, and the energy was insane.

Met these guys in germany at a show like 20 years ago. They were cool af and all signed my heineken hoody I was wearing. I was like damn now I cant wear it anymore so they gave me a free one from the merch booth. Still got it and will never forget how nice they were.

Ah, yes, the Summer of 1997, a great year for Alternative songs and new groups. Great times.
