As someone with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome for 14 years, I found this informative for those that need more knowledge I always learn something new, I did not know about the Swiss list of histamine foods, though I probably have figured them all out after so much trial and error 😊 Where might I find this list, I don’t see it listed in your resources.

I wonder how this relates to renal calculi ....it's what I thought about when I heard granules. I have MAST cell and I think this is what made my mold toxicity and covid in 2020 as bad as it was. I wish I got the basic care I was giving as a nurse....now stuck with a lot of disorders, poor quality of life, and vomit when have high histamine foods. VERY helpful chart. Thank you!

I find that as my mast cells are getting calmer through use of Cromolyn and antihistamines, that I’m less reactive to excipients in meds. I normally can’t tolerate any meds that are not compounded, but now I can tolerate some over the counter meds. The key is to find a way to calm the mast cells, which is what this video is about. Using just over the counter meds alone didn’t work for me, I had to add Cromolyn
