So which one is better to use? Red Key or Black Key. The results might actually surprise you. Today I test out my 0-60 miles per hour time on my 2020 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Widebody using the 717 horsepower Red Key and the 500 horsepower Black Key. I wanted to see which one was quicker and what times I could get. I was very surprised with my results...

My Prius did a 0 to 60 in 4.1 sec. Okay, I was on a 35 degree downhill grade and I was already moving when I started the timer. But I still out run your time. Lol

Most people don't realize this is just as fun. Sometimes funner.
I have a 2017 Scat Pack I purchased it last summer. I only drove it for a few months before I put it away for the winter. I am excited to watch this video!!!

I find it wild that my 2018 Fat Boy 114, which is a slow cruiser motorcycle with fat tires, no traction control or anything like that, can do zero to 60 in 3.9 seconds with a 300$ cam swap with a cam that's an EPA safe and approved grind.
Just curious did you check your IAT ? I got a 4.6 then a 4.7 in my scat pack challenger 6 speed manual with 55 IAT.
Great video! That is interesting that the time for the black key was better. Adding 15hp wouldn't make a car 1sec faster. Very interesting

Can you still hear the super charger whine in 500HP? Doesn't the panel have a "custom" setting, you were trying to make selections while in "Auto Mode" I just drove a Scat Pack, and under custom could set each choice to what I wanted. I basically made a setting with "street" traction while the rest was set to sport settings.

My best in my FBO 5.7 hemi is 4.2
So if I get 3.7 0-60 on an srt and it not hellcat ….
The real question is does it spin like crazy with the black key and put the power down like a scat. If so day to day it would make sense reduce it to 500 with the red key and activate all 700 w/e hp when ur at the track or about to do a roll that’s my 2 cents tho. Cuz it seems like up to 3rd gear with the red these cars spin like crazy

It doesn't spin as bad because there's less power to the wheels. Since the 0-60 is similar, it makes sense to use 500 hp for day to day driving

Yep this just proves the hellcat is good for horsepower bragging rights and oviously faster roll racing thats it. For me not worth and extra 15 k to pay for a hellcat vs my scat pack

My best time for My 1320 0to 60 was 4.9 and My 0 to 100 was 9.2 I haven't done The 1/8 or 1/4 mile yet And that was done in sport mode just waiting for the weather to change so I can run track mode

Interesting these things can't crack 5 seconds 0 to 60. Suspect it's the icy cold conditions and low grip level. Is this car on all seasons?

Yea I have legit recorded time of 4.6 and for 4.7 for my 16 scat pack challenger. 6 speed manual ! 55 IAT aswell

My BMW m240i xdrive would smoke that red key from 0-60. 4.2 seconds consistently in the rain.

Obviously didn't watch the video. First off it's 500 hp and it's actually the same 0-60 of not quicker than 700hp. Makes sense to watch before making dumbass comments

No red key is just hellcat. Redeye also has red key but so does the regular hellcat
