"WEATHER OR NOT YOU HAVE THIS MAP QUEST " when Going to the first map location for "LE TRESOR RES MORTS" Treasure hunt @15:02 in the Video , the Burnt down town "Limpony" the Brick Building ( Jail ) you go into to get the First Map for this Quest set , there's 1x GOLD BAR in the burnt down Sheriff's station which is Immediately to the right of the Brick Building (Jail) - under the desk in the Sheriff's station theres a lock box . The desk is on the left hand side just as you walk in the door you can't miss it . Walk to the other side of the desk & you'll find 1 more GOLD BAR. That wasn't shown in this video & is there weather or not you have the Map Quest. I'm still looking to see if theres any other side Spots with loot that had been missed & not shown in this video. That are apart of these Quests

It's funny that 2 Gold bars that are apart of a treasure location, that you think that-that's the Location to Quote "The location to all gold bars"

Nope you can’t but you did post this from a month ago so hope you found out the easy way

You forgot the Landmarks of Riches maps. You can find the first map in an obelisk northwest of the Owanjila. The map leads you to the tiny church next to Lakay in the Bayou Nwa. The map is in the bell. The map you find in there leads you to a little hill home in Ambarino. It’s the structure under the “I” of Ambarino on the map. You can find the next map in one of the broken windows of the house (you cannot go inside it). That map leads you to the Civil War battlefield (aka Bolger Glade) in Lemoyne. You can find a tree on a small hill that has a hole in the bottom. You can find one more map in there. It leads you to the rock clock in Mount Shann. One of the rocks is loose on it, and you can get the gold. It was kind of a bad explanation, but I tried

If y’all still aren’t satisfied with how rich you are watch a video on how to find all natural gold spawns btw they respawn when you start at John, there’s over $15000 worth of gold just lying around in the open world. To give you a picture on my second play through I did this and finished chapter 2 with over $23,000 including the maps which all up add too about $9000 dollars on their own, also a final tip if you have special addition for some reason the fence in Saint Denis buys gold for $560 I don’t know why but hey $60 dollars more is a welcome addition for me.

When I got the 1st map for the 2nd set I didn't got dishonor because I lasso him when he was still checking the map, so he dropped it; I picked it because it was just lying there and "had no owner". Then untied the old man. 😂

I got to the exact spot for the high stakes, killed a perfect buck pelt, began riding all the way back to the trapper for the third time, and just noticed a white blip on my minimap, walked over to it qnd all my frustrations disappeared lol. That couldn't have worked out better

If you go to map 3 as John Marston, use the canoe by the lake beside Hamish's house.

There's another treasure map not covered in this video. I think it's called Landmarks of Riches, and is situated in the Obelisk that's quite hard to find. It's at the western end of the map, near where the ritual sacrifice you can find that gives you one of the animal skull masks. The obelisk blends into the background and can easily be mistaken for a dead tree. It's completely black and upon walking over to its sides you can see a prompt to search where you'll find ther map. As far as the map goes, it's actually one of the easiest ones to solve and the locations are: the window of the tiny church, the window in the tortoise-like mysterious house (where Arthur is eventually buried), on the Civil War Battlefield and a sun dial on top of either Mount Hagan or the other mountain a little further south.

I see many that I couldn't find at all. I never even expected they exist. The interesting is that I have found other which are missing here. So the point is that Rockstar made a lot of treasure hunting

Also for the torn treasure map, both maps are saying map 1 and because of this I can only pick up one piece.

Don’t forget to find the dinosaur bone as well when you find the high stakes treasure 👍

I honestly feel sorry for the people who watched this video or others to find the treasures. Finding the treasures on your own is one of the most fun things in the game. You get the map and try to identify where it could be. If you can't you memorize the landscape shown in the map, which is typically quite distinct. When you ride across that landscape you will immediately recognize it from the map. Then all you have to do is to find the treasure which can be hard as well. But that is part of the fun. You know that you must be near, now you have to search, be careful not to slip and eventually find it.

I was so bummed out when I did the last treasure map and I went to the dudes house. I didn’t watch what happens when you get there so I seen the white dot and I thought I had to help em. Turns out he shotgun’d my ass instantly! 🤣 Went back but he didn’t respawn. Missed out on a new gun sadly

For the jack hall treasure when I met up with that guy to get the map instead of pressing L2 to focus on him for dialogue I accidentally pressed R2 and shot him!! 🤣😭 still found the map at a fence tho

Here is a tip for the 1st torn map location. Don’t shoot the dogs, so you don’t loose honor. Just kill the witch from your horse and get as closer as you can to the shack’s door and you can unmount your horse get the map and get back on your horse.

Random question but does anybody know what treasure map in game is the map you get with the collectors edition based on? I have the map but don't know what map it is meant to resemble in game.

Read this it’s a working money glitch September 2020. There is a small farm east of tumbleweed called ridgewood farm and under the m in farm there is a run down building with a lockbox behind it, if you go in first person, climb on the outhouse and jump on the table with the lockbox you can walk into it and a gold bar will pop out, ride back to the train tracks west of the farm and it will respawn, I know this is long to read but trust me it’s worth it
